On July 17 I ordered 2 items from this company as a gift. One was on back order and I received a note saying one was on back order and it would ship sometime in early August.
Fine, I could still give the one as a gift and tell them the other was back-ordered. No... HerRoom held both until the back order came in yet they did not tell me that was the issue. On August 22, I received both. That is 35 days after the order and too late to give as a gift. The items were not opened, requested a free shipping label because of the delay and was told I knew their return policy and no free label regardless if it was their fault. Ok, $10 for nothing but a pain in my &^$%^%*#.

Product NOT as expected in fit so I sent it back. They say you are charged a small return shipping fee which is deducted from your return credited to your account. BULL! My product was 24.30 +5.00 shipping. They charged me $13.38 return shipping fee and credited my credit card $15.92. CONSUMER BEWARE. That is. 50 on the dollar this company is charging on returns. 100% ripoff artists that should NOT be in business. > :(

I ordered a bra which, when received, was too big. I put it on for sizing and immediately removed it, repackaged it, and paid to send it back. It was returned to me for not being in "new" condition! Really? Unhygienic after being worn for 15 seconds? Avoid this merchant at all costs! There are SO many better vendors!

Brides don't make the same mistake I did. I ordered a corset for under my wedding dress. When I tried it on, I was careful to follow the instructions to ensure the possibility for return/exchange. It was too tight, so back in the box it went and off to be exchanged for one size larger. Shortly after I received a box in the mail with the original order with a not "unable to return". When I called the company to inquire about this order, I was told that the only way to reach customer service was through email. After emailing customer service I got a prompt response that the decision is final. I can't believe I wasted money from my wedding budget on this!

I ordered 3 Goddess Clara underwire bras at the end of May, 2016. One did not fit correctly. I had it on for 2 hours and was horribly uncomfortable. Packed it up to return for a different size. They company denied the return stating it had been worn. 1st $50 I'm out. Now it is 6 weeks later, and the underwires have poked through the material, stabbing me in the armpit on both the remaining bras I bought. I have tried to sew up the hole where the wire escapes, to no avail, it just pokes through the material again. I sent the company an email asking what my options are and they informed me they offer no warranty and to contact the manufacturer. I am now out another $100, and have no bras that work. $150 for 6 weeks wearing 2 bras. Don't waste your money with this disreputable company. Even Walmart does returns on shoddy merchandise!

HORRIBLE

Ordered a swim top size 12. It would not have fit a size 8. Returned it and then it was sent back saying it was not accepted and was final sale. NOT! What kind of company pays games like this. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Buyer Beware

I ordered a corset for under a wedding dress. Upon receiving it, I immediately knew it would not work. I did not even try it on! It was only touched by my fingertips! I returned it in the EXACT condition I received it and HerRoom denied the return saying the "garment was not in pristine condition." Their return policy is a fraudulent misrepresentation of their actual practice which is to deny a customer's return. They even have a Google Trusted Store label, but do not be fooled, they do not intend to honor ANY request for a return. BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I certainly will never order from them again.

HORRIBLE company!

My exchanged item (lingerie) was not accepted because there "appeared" to be make up stains under both arms. I tried it on after a shower! I am extremely disappointed with Her Room. I ordered an item, I think it was June 25th and then exchanged it for a smaller size and color as soon as I received it. I received my returned item back saying it was "unable to be returned"! I tried on the new item after I got out of the shower (with an underwear). I immediately new the size was wrong and I preferred a different color. I packaged it to be returned and sent it. It had no marks, no scents and it was in "new" condition. I work hard for my money and I just don't order off the internet to waste my money! I am very careful with lingerie because I wouldn't want to purchase anyone's used undergarments. I can return it because it doesn't fit properly nor do I like the color for my purposes and it was NOT worn. I expect my $73 to be refunded. I sent an email on July16,2016 and spoke to a representative today July 18,2016. Her name was Jasmine and she said that my item was returned because there "appeared" make up stains under both arm. How? If I just came out of the shower to try it on clean so there wouldn't be an issue!
Very disappointed with this company and I urge anyone thinking of using them to read ALL comments! Not one is positive. Shame on Her Room!

I had no idea I would find so many complaints about a company. My refund was only partial. I don't know why even though I told the rep I had sent 2 back when I called to check. I ordered 2 new and like to keep track of my refunds/returns.

They now have about 400.00 dollars on my credit card and I wonder what to expect. I did finally find a great bra but will be due about 200. Back. When I mailed the second return I requested a signature. If they felt there was a problem with one of the bras I returned then where is the explanation? Nothing yet. Yet I have trusted them. Now I wonder how they stay in business. I order quite a bit online and have not had anything like this missing refund. At least an explanation should be provided. I may return to rate again once I hear back from them on Monday. They don't have customer service that can help with this on the weekend.

While on the website I had deleted by mistake a correct size and had ordered a smaller one.
Send an email within 5 minutes with request to cancel. Called as well, got a recording, no customer service after 5 pm. Called at the opening of the business. The order was placed after hours, I had cancel it. You advertise on your site that you will accommodate every problem with the order.
I was told that my order was being processed and they will do nothing to stop it from shipping.
Nothing!
So I got stuck with shipping charge and return shipping charge.
Do not shop at this store!
Go on Amazon, you will get better prices and much better service

I ordered a bathing suit top. It was too small so I returned it and ordered a larger size. About two weeks later I received the original bathing suit back with no explanation. I thought they just made a mistake and resent it out. I called customer service who told me that there was make up stains on the item and It was unacceptable. There was nothing wrong with this top. I asked if I could send pictures of the item and they said no they have pictures already. I told them that there was nothing wrong with the bathing suit and they said they don't care what I said it not not being returned. I asked they to send me copies of the pictures they had and she said no it is our property and looking closer it did not look like make up but looked like dirt. I said there is no dirt on this bathing suit that I could send it back so they could look at it again. She said we do not have to look at it we already did. I asked to talk to a manager and they say it would take 48 to 72 hours. If the manager that called me back is anything like the people I talked to I'm screwed. Just want to let everyone know what this place is like. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE..

I purchased two strapless bras for a low cut dress. I promptly returned one (same day). I received it back in the mail stating they would not accept it because there was a spot on the bra. The bra was in the exact same condition I received it in and was put back in the box within an hour of opening. The customer service rep I spoke to was like speaking to a recording. Would not pass me on to a supervisor. I requested a call back which I did not get. I am disputing this charge on my credit card and would advise anyone NOT to order from them.

Customer service is horrible. Apparently the company stays in business because they scam people on their returns. After trying on a corset for about 1 minute, seeing it wouldn't work with my gown, and trying to return it, I received the corset in the mail saying I could not return it because it had makeup stains on the back. The BACK of the corset... makeup on my back? Seriously?! I have emailed them multiple times to let them know my frustration and have received zero response.

I placed an order for 3 bras and 2 were backordered for 2 months. The company is maintaining that the customer should pay return shipping fees twice on a single order that was delayed for 2 months. Terrible customer service! Not a very good way to keep customers!

AWFUL SERVICE!

I ordered a strapless long line bra for my wedding dress from this company and it was far from what I would call fitting. It arrived all squished in a plastic bag. When I saw that it didn't fit, I looked in to the return policy. Turns out for orders that ship to Canada (I'm in Ontario) they use a broker. The broker has been trying to get HerRoom to respond for a week for return authorization (which they still haven't) and is going to charge me over 30 dollars just to return it, but the broker is concerned that they would receive the bra back into their inventory and just ignore giving me a refund as they have been ignoring issuing return slips.

This company is crap - do not order from them unless you are repeat ordering and don't mind crushed merchandise. I will have to take the 150 bucks I spent on this bra and write it off as a loss. My only hope is my seamstress can alter it enough to fit.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars!

Defict product

I ordered a set of 3 panties. When i opened it out of the package, 2 out 3 were good and 1out of 3 was defict. The defict was color and size. It was supposed to be solid color, however, it had traces of other color on it on some spot. Also the size was smaller than the other 2 good ones.
So, When I called customer service to inform them,
The asked me to email a picture of the defict one which would be fare to ask so i agreed to do it. However, they proccess is lenghty n slow so they said that after they see thr picture and then send me prepaid postage to return the whole order and only then they wiuld consider send a new one. Problem is that would take long plus why do I have to send the 2 good ones? Why cannot I just send the bad 1.
They do not seem to be of help on the phine n thier procedure seem to discourage you.
I will not deal with them again

Never Again!

I ordered 4 bras from HerRoom... I rcvd the bras and tried them on and non of them fit. I immediately put them back in the original package and return shipped the next day.
I only received a partial refund. I contacted customer service and was told that one of the bras would be returned to me because it is stained inside the cup. I did not have it on long enough to stain anything! I was also told that they recommend that the bras be tried on when "you are fresh out of the shower... with no lotion or perfume or anything else"! Uh... like I was dirty when I tried them on! Excuse me? I am a very clean person and as a matter of fact... I tried them one evening... after I had my shower!
The whole thing is crap! And she was rude on top of the insult! I don't know who stained their bra... but it was not me! And after reading other reviews on here... Looks like HerRoom does this a lot. Guess that's how they make their money!
I can assure HerRoom... I will never order anything from them again! The customer service sucks!
Do not order from these people!

Only 1 of the last 9 bras I purchased during 2015 and 2016 came with the correct sizing. The HerRoom website either indicated UK sizing when both the UK and USA sizes for the particular items were the same, so the bras I received were too small, or the site didn't indicate UK sizing and when I thought I was ordering the USA size I got the larger UK fit. To make matters worse, I had requested shipping to a Caribbean country and HerRoom does not issue refunds for international shipping or pay for the returns. On the occasion when the one bra came in my size (which is one of the bigger cups and is only available from select manufacturers at a hefty price) the entire episode costed over USD $200, including shipping for delivery and the returned items so I could get a refund for the useless items. Also, I'm still "waiting" to hear from the member of the management team who was supposed to contact me in 2015. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT HERROOM AGAIN!

I returned a bra that was much to big for me, even though I purschased the exact same size, same style at Nordstroms and it fit perfectly. Her Room returned it to me. I called custom service inquiring why. First rep acted like she didn't care... almost like she was preoccupied with something else. She told me to take a pic and email it to them. I was upset by her tone and hung up. I called again. The second rep put me on hold. She got back on the phone loudly reciting their return policy and when I tried to ask her a question, her voice rose and she talked over me. By now I am mad. I tried a third time. This rep put me on hold, got back on the phone. She was at least cordial, however was not willing to give me any options. The reason it was returned to me is that there was supposedly oily deodorant stains on the bra ( I do have pics if you would like to see them), no oily deodorant stains exsist. Given there unwiiliness to help I won't even try to deal with management, if their irst line is this unprofessional I can only imagine what management is like.
