This company has the worst customer service! I bought a long line bra that did not fit so I returned it. It touched my skin for 5 seconds before I realized the two sides wouldn't meet... it was 3 inches smaller than the size ordered. Like many others who have posted here, Herroom refused to refund my money saying that the bra was stained when they received it back. It was returned in the same condition it was sent to me... all the tags on. They said they had photos of the stains but refused to show me. My guess is they have had all these bras returned because they are miss-sized and are trying to get us to pay for the poor quality of their merchandise rather than eat the loss. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Terrible. I tried to return an unworn bra (with tags still on) that didn't fit. They simply claimed the item was damaged (despite appearing pristine to everyone who doesn't work for the company). It seems like a scam to me to avoid having to accept returns. Customer service is unhelpful. Told me to go ahead an post my disappointment on social media. So here I am.
Buyer beware, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I purchased on June or July 2016, 3 panties. One was defective, the thread was coming undone from the lace area. I called them, and they aked me to email a picture. After doing this, and receiving no answer, I called again. The operator told me that they had never received a picture of the item, and that they simply did not have time to check for emails. I re-sent the email, and they informed me that they had received it and that someone would get bak to me. On October 19,2016, I contacted them again. This time they told me that my email had to be addressed to the management.
My package was delivered to the wrong address but the post office caught the mistake later to find out that my mail boxes were broken into so I never received my package they tell me that they will not be giving a refund and they are not responsible for break in or stolen package you would think that they would after hearing and being confirmed with a letter from the post office they would have insurance for these type of issues and would issue another but not them they poor service attudes just say no there not responsible bought two undergarments at $45 each and never received them who's going to return my money they say its my lost.
Ordered bra, arrived late, didn't look like anything pictured, did not meet the sizing advertised, ergo was too big, smelled very much like a machine or something.

I had ordered from them in the past and would have given them 5 stars. My latest experience squashed it for me. I didn't realise that I had to order a bra based on where the bra was made. I order the size I had purchased before and was sent something I could fit 3 of my breasts into. When contacting customer service I was told I was wrong, they were right. To top it off they would not take back the bra I tried on and returned it to me because it has a white stain on it. Well I tried it on after I showered. I honor and support great customer service and they've forgotten what it is at this company.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I tried to make a return and they returned it right back to me with a very lame excuse. I will never do business with this company again. If you do purchase merchandise from them, don't try to return it - they won't let you!

I immediately removed the item and placed it back in the bag and followed their instructions regarding returning items. I got the RMA on line and packaged product and mailed back.

I purchased 3 bras from Her Room. I tried them immediately after shower--with no lotion, deodorant, or perfume. I returned all immediately after the brief try on session. They were too small. Her Room refunded 2 and sent one back. I called and was told there was a stain on the bra, which could not have been true. I went online immediately to check out other customer's experiences, and just look! Practically every review is about the scam nature of this company. They ripped off the bottom of the tag, and put it in a little bag with a thank you note saying it was 'unreturnable'. (By the way, it was interesting that they chose the most expensive bra to return.) Stay away from these people! I will be doing everything I can to report them to the proper consumer protection agencies. I would give no stars if this was a possibility.
I have read all reviews on several sites. Everyone is saying what I have just experienced. I sent a bra back to HerRoom that did not fit. I tried the bra on fresh out of the shower. I was not wearing perfume, oils etc... nothing, yet I was told that there was a stain on the bra and the decision to not refund my money is final. The interesting thing is that it took over 10 days to receive my order, yet the return cam back within 3 days. I was shocked. My immediate thought was, how can they send another product if i did not choose the product. As I am aware of now, this is a recurring "method" that HerRoom uses, as to not refund a customer's money. I have read this same/similar story in other reviews.
Google should really remove this business from their trusted businesses. Do your self a favor and prevent the aggravation and keep your money as well.

I received a sports bra that I tried on, it did not fit, and returned it as per instructions. I received a notice back that it was not acceptable and had been worn. I contacted customer service and was told to send an email, which I did and received a canned email response saying essentially there is no recourse, matter settled. Purchased two items from HerRoom via Amazon.com. The items send did not match the description on Amazon. Never took them out of their plastic sleeves and immediately returned them, via the Amazon return process. However, it cost me $13 in return postage - for items that were not what I ordered. I have complained to both Amazon and HerRoom. Have not received reimbursement for the items, and have had my request for the return postage rejected. Never order from HerRoom.
I made the mistake of ordering two swimsuits. I followed the instruction and tried them on after I got out of the shower with a pair of underwear on. Left tags on and panty liner on. Both suites did not fit. I did not damage the suites, leave lotion or deodorant marks on them. The suites were in the same condition in which I RECEIVED them. I shipped both suites back with in 10 days of purchase. I got a letter back saying the suites were worn and unable to return them I am so insulted by the lie that was produced just because they don't want to take returns. Spoke to associates, managers and they were telling me I had worn the suites. I said okay I learned an expensive lesson and now you lost a customer and potential customers with such horrible customer service.
Don't order from them If you do, pray that you have no need of a return. My return of a pair of stained underwear they sent me ( I know that people reading this will think I am lying but why would I order $175 of merchandise and go through this hell to return 1 pair of underwear) has proved to be nothing less than a nightmare. So go ahead and order from them if you are willing to treat your order like a forensic exercise of documenting every moment as you open the package. This is a company that will not put the customer first. It doesn't even cross their mind that the stain could have come in the manufacturing process.
I ordered two bras and received in same order. After my morning shower I Tried both on, neither fit. I returned them. Couple weeks later they refunded me for the least expensive one but returned the other, saying it was not in unworn, new condition. I never wore it or took tags off, it didn't fit. I tried it on when my body was completely clean. These people are in the business of selling you stuff you can't wear, no matter that it doesn't fit. They will not return your money and will even charge you a shipping fee for returns.
I placed a large order because i was not sure of a size. I tried on one item (sports bras) and and returned all the other sizes without trying them on or even removing them from the box. I returned the items 2 days after I received the shipment and I just got two items that were retuned because of the size back with a generic letter that it did not meet their return standards. The entire returned shipment was in the same condition, in the same box, never tried on, and only was in my custody for two days! They did not offer any specifics to why these and not others etc. Bottomline, you as a consumer are at a complete disadvantage dealing with this company as an online retailer. I have asked for specific reason per garment and more information about how they examine items and how they measure it to their standard. Do not oder from them unless you know everything about the product and you know you are going to keep it no matter what!
August 24,2016 I emailed and called the Anita Manufacturer. They said the same as Her Room web site. Even though Her Room advises you to wash the Anita sports Bra 5527 if the material in the cup itches your skin as well the manufacturer will not take responsibility for the bras because they were washed. Nice to have money to trash. This sports bra cup material will still itch your skin after the wash. I surrender.
After a surgery, I was having a terrible time finding my correct size in bras. Ordering my usual size was not having good results. Several times I had to return items. Her Room had a "universal sizer" and recommendations on sizing on site. I still had to return a couple of items, but had no trouble doing so. Once the sizer came along, I was able to find my correct size.
My favorite bra is often on sale here for far less than any other site's sales. At first, they always wrapped the bras in lovely tissue paper and it was wonderful getting the bras packaged very nicely and not just thrown into some bag. On my last order, they included a nice lingerie bag.
