Herroom.com rejected a bra I returned after trying it on for a maximum of five minutes. When they sent the bra back to me, there were obvious tan markings on it. However, I don't spray tan or anything, and wasn't wearing makeup when I tried it on. So... either someone else tried it on and it passed inspection after them but not after me, or they don't want me to return a bra they had on clearance. After reading other reviews, I tend to believe it is the latter.
I wish I had read this site prior to buying. I will never order anything else. I got two bras. I thought they fit OK, although they seemed to be cheaply made. I washed them both and wore one. Right away they started falling down on my shoulder and did not fit right. I called and they said they would not take them back, even the one I did not wear. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING HERE.
I ordered 3 bras. Her Room does not take responsibility for delivery so you have to pay 2 dollars. All three bras did not fit! Returned... ordered three more... order 2 with the same style number. 1 was a fit the other one my breasts were swimming in the cups. Third bra poor fit and a stain on the little bow! Will not ever buy from them again. And yes I paid 2 dollars to guarantee delivery!

I purchased a La Perla bra. Tags never removed. It did not fit and was strange off white color. I sent it for return and they told me it was dirty. When they sent it back it was perfectly clean. So in other words they were looking for an excuse not to take it back

I purchased an undergarment to wear under a dress for my daughter's wedding. I tried it on ONCE, it was too big and the cups were too high for the neckline. I put it in the box and returned it. I received it back in the mail saying they were not accepting the return for the reason it was worn and there were stains which was false! I emailed my complaint and they said NO, I called to speak to management and they wouldn't get on the phone and told me to email which I received no response. I went to their FB and Twitter page and after writing my complaint numerous times I received a response that they want to help and for me to private message them which I did and never received a response. When I went back to send another message to follow up, THEY BLOCKED ME FROM BOTH SITES! LOL! So if this doesn't scream SCAM, then I don't know what does! BUY ELSEWHERE! Luckily I disputed the charge with my credit card and they agreed with me so I received a credit. I also sent an email to Amazon to review this company and consider not letting them sell their products on their website.
I should have read the reviews here before buying... I purchased a $64 bra and after wearing noticed pain on one side. I could not see any issue, so wore it again... more pain. On very close inspection, I discovered the underwire was broken near the top. I thought no problem, it is defective (spanxx), the vendor will replace it. How wrong I was! They told me I should have seen the defect and since I wore it, no return. I offered to send it back so they could examine it and see that the issue was impossible to see, but they refused. Any department store would have taken this return. After reading the reviews here, I see I am not alone in having a horrible experience with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Same thing happened to me about returns. Wore it to make sure it was right, sent it back and got it returned to me for having a few flecks on it. I do have very dry skin, but in no way was it worn. The quality is off, very shoddy indeed. Will never ever shop there again

I tried on a bra from this website and wore it around my house for 2 hours. Decided it was the most uncomfortable thing ever then tried to return it. I was told that "because I 'wore' it which the rerun policy clearly states is not allowed, it didn't pass the return inspection process. I will never shop with them again. Horrible company! Ordered product and would not accept returns. Garment returned exactly as received in package with all tags and they stated that it did not meet their criteria and standards for return. Such a scam. Buyers beware if you need to exchange or return.
I gave 1 star because I had to. This is a NO STAR company. I bought a couple items to go underneath my wedding dress. Because I was having a hard time finding something with a low back I ordered things from several sites. Return Policy states that it has to be in good condition, not missing tags, no stains etc. No problem. Out of the two items I ordered I only opened ONE. I had ordered something else from Amazon that had already arrived and was exactly what I was looking for. However, I did try on the RAGU Panties just to see if they worked, with underwear on of course. The corset was really thick through the package, very lacy, and too short with thick boning so I already knew it would not work (my dress was very form fitting) so I left it in it's original package unopened. I returned both items for a refund. When I arrived home after my wedding, about two maybe three weeks after I sent the items back, they were in the mailbox again for me, same size same items no invoicing. I contacted customer service and she told me that they could not be returned because they had makeup all over them. I inspected the items that they returned to me and there is NO MAKEUP anywhere! And the one item NEVER left it's package so that was impossible. She refused to return the items due to this reason and now I am stuck with VERY EXPENSIVE & NON-FITTING items that I cannot use. BUYER BEWARE! I would have been fine just biting the bullet on the one I actually tried on but the one that never left the package now having mysterious makeup? Of which I could not find at all. I usually do not write reviews mainly because I get great service. I shop online all of the time. I will NEVER come back to this site. As I look at the two items that were returned to me, both are in EXCELLENT shape, no stains, the tags are not bent, original packaging, nothing wrong. I am not sure what they are referring to when they say makeup stains but there is nothing on either garment.

This company should be shut down. I returned four items because of the poor quality of the merchandise... didn't have to remove it from the package, it was obvious that it was of poor quality. When I returned the merchandise, they only credited me for three items. They claimed the bralette had been worn. I returned the merchandise the day after I received it and as I stated... I never took any of it out of the packaging. This is a dishonest company and I would suggest you shop elsewhere. I have warned my friends and co-workers.
