I ordered my daughter's college graduation announcements from this company and they look like a mistake! I called to see if they would reprint them, and I was told that as long as all of the information is on them that's what they look like. Seriously? Now I have to rush to have them printed elsewhere! Horrible customer service! I should have checked the reviews first! Do not use this company!

I ordered my daughter's college graduation announcements from this company and they look like a mistake! I called to see if they would reprint them, and I was told that as long as all of the information is on them that's what they look like. Seriously? Now I have to rush to have them printed elsewhere!
Horrible customer service! I should have checked the reviews first!

We ordered my son's announcements for HS graduation for June in December. Graduation is now over and done and I still have not gotten his announcements, I got the crap excuse of "spring rush" so they are behind, l ordered BEFORE Christmas so "spring rush" really?!?! It was the most exciting time in our lives so far and had nothing to send out to celebrate my son. $#*!ty customer service, no one even bothered to inform us there would be a delay! I am still waiting for my refund. If you are considering this company DON'T move on to another one!

I submitted my order for my daughter's yearbook on Nov 6,2021. We did not receive the product until a year and a half later on Mar 8,2023, almost a YEAR after she graduated. The product did not arrive as I ordered it. Also, I paid $5 extra to have her name stamped on the book, and that did not happen. When she showed me the book, it looked like something Dr. Seus would have printed. If your school uses this company for the yearbook, either protest it heavily, or don't pay for it!

If there was less than a one star that is what I would give this company. This company will not help you even if you ask for help. They take forever to get back to you and then blame you for not reaching out again. They are only concerned about money! I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and I hope my school stops using them in the future.

I ordered my product one month before 5/5/22 the date where I need 5/22/22 and they send it after 3 days the date indicated on the order 5/25/22. Now I try to return the product and they can pay me back my money but they said I need a label and on the web page there is no way to do this label. Looks like they won't return my money. I already wrote 2 times on the web page customer services but nobody helped. You are late with my product and now your company wants to keep my money. I do not recommend this company for future commencement.

Business lacks the fundamental process of providing students with memorable items. During a global pandemic, it's understood that closure was mandated but this place, this place is all about ripping families off by first of all, charging extremely high priced items and low quality items to refusing to furnish the paid and receipt of funds for items. Get your graduates items for anywhere else but this place.

I did not read these before I purchased my son's letter jacket. I wish I would have! They are terrible. Terrible customer service, do not call you back, not enough customer service reps to help you. I have been waiting three weeks for my son's jacket since shipment. I call to check and they are too busy to take your call and the answering machine hangs up on you if you try to wait for a live person! Find another vendor who offers the same stuff and go with them!

Ordered my cap and gown SEVEN WEEKS AGO! Emailed five times and just receive generic response. Called twice and was on hold for over one hour and finally gave up. Graduation is Sunday and I have no cap and gown. WHAT A JOKE. I disputed it with my credit card company and hopefully I can get a refund. These people just take your money with no intention of EVER sending ANYTHING! Really wish I checked reviews BEFORE I ordered anything from them. Thank the Lord I didn't order my announcements from them too!

Let me start by saying $#*! HERFF JONES, in pandemic America I had to pay 228.17 USD for some cheap cap and gown, 35 announcements; for some $#*!ing virtual ceremony. What hurts me the most is that the schools does not provide any competing company, so they just monopolize the market in order to rape hard working individuals and school age teens and young adult. What their doing is utterly immoral, disgusting, and nauseating. This type of business behavior is unacceptable and something must change. $#*! HERFF JONES. Really wish I could give them a zero star

Here is what you should do, call their number *******235. Try to reach a person for ANYTHING. I guarantee, you will never consider buying product, any product, from them. They will place you in a perpetual loop of phone prompts to keep from providing service.

Shop elsewhere... this company does not have customer service.

Bad customer service. Did not get stageclip I ordered. Emailed asking for refund and got a standard response. On hold long time multiple times. Contacted BBB and they received no response from Herff Jones (who provid graduation cap and gown, jewelry and announcements). Very disappointed

All this company does is lie. They say you'll get your cap and gown or any other graduation regalia you ordered in a few weeks but then after waiting 2 months you're still left wondering where it is…even though their emails claim that "your delivery information is updated", there's NO updates. All it says is "in progress". Not to mention that theres NO customer service representatives to talk to and if there are, you wait 3+ hours to MAYBE talk to someone. This company doesn't care about students like they claim to because if they did, they would send the correct orders ON TIME and be more transparent about whatever is really going on. All they care about is taking your money.

What a miserable experience! I don't undertand why such a simple order and box should take that long to ship. I placed my order on/about March 3rd (when credit card was charged.) My announcements arrived after I had already left on vacation... AFTER April 6th... more than a FULL MONTH after they were ordered... which prohibited me from getting my announcements out until after the graduation ceremony was already passed. In addition... Wow! What an ugly, plain pathetic looking announcement. What a ridiculous amount of money for such a lame looking announcement. I spent $262 on 25 announcments and a cap and gown! REALLY? Highway robbery. At least if they are going to charge me a fortune, the least they can do is provide an annoucement that doesn't look like my 3rd grader printed it. The text and font choices were incredibly plain and very generic looking. If I'd known this is actually what I'd be getting, I would have printed my own or ordered them through a separate site. A college degree is a big accomplishment. The graduation announcement should have at least a feel of professionalism and class. What a disappointment. I was embarassed to send them out. My son's high school annoucement was much more polished, sophisticated, and classy looking than this miserable piece. What a waste of money. Look closely before you purchase. You'll probably want to save yourself a ton of money and print your own.

Save yourself the time and A LOT of money and order your own elsewhere or print your own. Guaranteed you will be much happier!

Don't buy graduation rings from them. The rings are too expensive and the quality is very poor. For a simple repair they will take 6 to 8 weeks...

FULL of empty promises to fulfill an order in time. Ordered almost 2 months on advance for cap and gown. Was told numerous times as I called every week because my status never changed on their site that my order was "in progress" and on time. Despite the fact that the deadline for the mail out was approaching. In the final two weeks they even contacted my university stating that next day air was going to be applied. Never happened. Didn't arrive for my graduation. Luckily my school gave out free cap and gowns from the bookstore. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I ordered my cap and gown 2 months ago and I graduate in 4 days and it is still not here. The customer service people are extremely rude and say whatever they want and are far from helpful. They won't refund me if I don't get my cap and gown which I still need regardless of the money.

I ordered a college ring from Herff Jones in early August 2021. It arrived a few months later, looked nice but the palm side of the ring was as thin as paper! I sent it back promptly when they advised to order a smaller size and they didn't return the ring until I called in November 2021. I had a terrible customer service experience when I had to call a number of times and was hung up on and left on hold for 20-30 minutes. When I finally received the resized ring, it was destroyed! It was warped, bent out of shape and the Bezel holding the stone in was cut in places. I had to call many times and was still told by the repair department they wouldn't remake it. I paid $1,000 for this ring and I expect a perfect ring for this price. I finally spoke to the college rep who pulled strings with the manager to remake the ring. Now, February 2022, I have received my ring back. It now fits and is mostly symmetrical but the bezel is crinkled and I still don't think it is worth the money I paid for it. The palm side of the ring is so thin it cannot tolerate much of any wear at all. My submitted picture is the final product and it's NOT worth $1,000 I paid. I'm giving up on because I'm just exhausted from trying to get a decent quality product. I wish I could get my money back because it's such poor quality. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

In early March, I ordered a cap and gown for my college graduation that was scheduled for May 9th. In late April I got an email that it had entered into manufacturing. It is now June 20th and my items have yet to SHIP. I understand production was temporarily halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but many of my peers who ordered their items after me (even within a week of graduation) received their items before our commencement ceremony.

In May, when I realized my order seemed to be late, I called. After 3 WEEKS of calling every other day, being on hold for 2+ hours, leaving a call back number multiple times and not being able to make contact with ANYONE, I gave up on calling. I then sent an email detailing the situation and saying that I wanted a refund as I no longer needed the items.

Another week later, after no response, I called again and finally reached a representative, a whole month after my graduation. I was told that the order was probably late because I filled out the form incorrectly. I then confirmed that the form was filled out correctly and was told that "some people received their orders on time and some people didn't, we can't control that". I got NO apology or reasoning for the fact that I paid to have my items for a ceremony that had happened more than 4 weeks prior. They also informed me that they could not process my refund because my order was too far along in the process and would be shipping in 3-5 days.

It has now been 2 weeks since I was informed that the order would ship in 3-5 days. I called a few days ago and was told the items haven't shipped yet, and was transferred to the supervisors answering machine. I left a message and haven't gotten a call back from the supervisor. I am fairly certain I am being scammed.

I know that you can't avoid using this company if your school chooses to source their cap and gown rentals here, but just know that their processes are poorly structured and their customer service is non-existent. This is one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a company.

This is a terrible site, where is the save button on the practice pages? I dont just sit at my computer making a page for 15 hours. Maybe if you did this site would turn out better but since it looks like a half baked lump of flour stuck in the boring corporal dimension I wouldn't touch it if you value your mental health. ALSO...is there no MERGE? WHERE ARE THE LAYERS? IM BETTER OFF JUST MAKING EVERYTHING IN CANVA AND UPLOADING IT TO THE PAGE. Why doesn't the text resize when its PART of a graphic tidbit. Why cant you select multiple things? At the same time? Like EVERY OTHER DESIGN WEBSITE EVER. Even canva lets you do this! How is this a design website when it looks like digital purgatory? Hello? Ever heard of aesthetics? I hate you site and i hate of things so i don't have much room in my heart. The only reason I haven't died is because we are offered basic access to canva. I hope you are smart enough to read because you seem to be failing at everything else. ALSO WHY DONT THE PHOTOS RESIZE ON THEIR OWN?! WHY DO I HAVE TO DRAG THE BOX AROUND TILL EVERYTHING ALIGNS. WHERES THE ERASER? IF I COULD I WOULD ERASE THIS HORRID SITE FROM EXISTANCE ALONG WITH MY SOUL AND BRAIN. THIS SITE MAKES ME WANT TO DIE. PLEASE DELETE IT OR AT LEAST UPDATE IT FOR GODS NON-EXISTANT SAKE.

I asked them if I could order a ring and pick it up from one of their sales representatives at the bookstore. They said no, they couldn't hold it for me. I said, "But, I am paying for it ahead of time." They said it doesn't matter and blew me off.

I ordered a keepsake necklace for my daughter for her 2020 Graduation as well as her gown, etc. I received the gown etc but did not receive the necklace. I received no notice that the necklace wasn't going to be delivered; not even a notification on my shipping receipt - NOTHING! I have called the main number with no one to answer. I have called my local office and they just keep telling me I will receive my refund when the home office releases it. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered this necklace in May... It is now July! NO REFUND YET!

THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! YOU COULD AT LEAST REACH BACK OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
