I ordered the beautiful A-Line princess high neck chiffion dress from Herdress, in January 2017, for a dinner Dance 10th March ( next week) I orderd a size 14 even though I am a size 12/14, I have orderd many even dresses on line 3 from one company that fit perfectly. But when this dress arrived, i must say it was made Beautifuly. Nothing wrong with the quolity of the dress, but It fits around the waist perfect, but it will not zip up the back there is about a 4' gap. When I measured the Bust it is 34' on there web page and on my orderd form it should be a 36.5 bust, But after sending a total of 9 emails over the whole week, the first reply was from a Kris, the Second from a Cherry, the third cherry, the 4th Anna, (5) Andrew (6) Kris (7) Maggie (8) Anna again, there seems to be no consistence with dealing with a complaint, no one person as you would think is deling with a complaint, They said could I send photos, so I put the dress on and sent them photos, I also sent photos of a size 12 and 14 other cumpanys have made for me, I delibretly orderd a biger size as you can always take in in but if its to small there is nothing you can do, There exact words in there reply was Dress was the size you ordered but does not fit ( BUT IT WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERD) ALSO MAY I know what your actual sizes of bust hip waist are. What difference will that make, you sent a smaller dress than was ordered. I think the icing on the cake was a reply from them "it is standard size dress, so it might not fit you well somewhere, please make fixing in Local if possible " I could only just undrstand that message. I am now puting it in the Hands of my Bank. But I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I bough from the. There is No Return Note when you recive the Dress, and They will not give you a Return Address.
