I ordered a waist trainer and it took about a week or so, which wasn't a problem or issue with me. The first day of wearing it I broke out in a itchy skin rash. The second day I wore a tee shirt underneath the waist trainer and it wasn't as bad but still a little irritated and itchy. The third day I didn't wear it at all to stop the itch and I began seeing red spots on my stomach and sides. I emailed and message them about it and no response, but when ever I had a question to ask before I received my waist trainer they message me right back. A week later I'm trying it out again this time on top of a shirt hopefully no more breakout. Just wondering if anyone else had this same problem.

I ordered a waist trainer on March 30,2018. I received an email saying they received my oder. I checked about a few weeks later to see what the status was and its still saying still processing. They have already taken the money out my account and as of today, I still have not received my product. I have sent several emails inquiring where my item was and no one has responded at all. I want my money back! I will never order from them again.

This is making me feel like this is a scam. I will never order anything else from the web her daily deals!

Ordered an anti-snore sleep aid April 10 and it's "still being processed." Sent 3 emails - no response; tried their "live chat" - got nothing. No phone number anywhere. Seems like a scam.

Same as others on here. I ordered a waist trained paid 57.00 for it they debited my account and I never received the product. I ordered the product in February and it is now April still nothing. I messaged them on facebook got one response that they will be investigating why I haven't received it but never head anything back from them

I ordered 2 waist trainers from them in November 2016. It is now February 2017. I haven't received anything. I never got an email order confirmation. I thought I did dud diligence by screen shotting my order # but there is no cantact information or anything connected to it. I have contacted the customer service with no response. Going to file a dispute with my bank in the morning.

There needs to be legal action taken against this so called company. I placed my order in November and never received anything. I too have emailed this so called company numerous times and no response there either. My bank will not refund my money based on me purchasing it regardless of me submitting evidence that I have tried contacting this so called company. Maybe I need to close my bank account too.

Ordered a waist trainer in June 16,2018 now in first week of July and have heard nothing. I have sent several emails with no reply. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I had read the reviews of this company before purchasing.

Once I received my waist shaped I realized that it was to small, so I made an attempt to contact the company though email because they didn't have a phone number listed on the website. I have dent out SEVERAL emails and I haven't received anything from the company get. It's going on two weeks, so frustrating because the poor customer service is just ridiculous!

I placed an order over a month ago. When I go to "track order", it still says it's being processed. Do they even have a phone number? I didn't see one.

I ordered waist trainer on dec 3 2016. I sent an email a couple weeks ago to ask why I have not received it. Today is Jan 9 2017. No waist trainer and no response to my email. The BBB Needs to check into these scam artists. Will also get my money back thru my bank. Ridiculous!

Ordered a waist trainer on 23rd November never received it. Sent numerous emails with no response. Luckily I paid through paypal. Starting a dispute today.

This is a horrible company I ordered a $40 waist trainer and I told the lady that I was corresponding with my waist size in specifically told her that I was in between sizes she recommended that I get the smaller size but I received my package it was completely smaller than my waist and it will not fit at all I told her that I would like a refund or to exchange the product with the right size and they completely denied me of that. I will be sure to complain to the Better Business Bureau about this company do not order from them

I ordered a waist trainer on Noveber 27th and still no product or response. Very poor customer service. When I tried contacting them tjrou Facebook they blocked me. I already reported it to the BBB

On 11/9/16 $29 was taken from my account in addition to a $. 23 international transaction fee. I ordered the waistrainer and never received any type of confirmation via email as they claimed. I sent an email 2 weeks ago with no response back. At this time 12/19/16 still no response or product

I purchased a waist trainer in the beginning of November. I received a confirmation email, but nothing else! There is no way to contact them for refunds and there website has been removed! STAY FAR AWAY from these scammers!

I've been waiting almost 2 months on my waist trainer! I tried to email them 2 weeks ago and got no response. I just had to call the bank to get a refund.

I ordered my package at the beginning of November never to receive it... the website is closed down now nd i cant get in contact with anybody... but its cool ill just go threw my bank to get my money back...

I ordered months ago and still have not yet got my product i emailed them and got no answer after the first time they closed the website and now they back up they took my money and got nothing i reported them to BBB

I WILL BE CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This website is not a legit site I order $53.00 worth of waist trainers that I never recieved any confirmation#or the items pls don't order anything. Site should be taken down. Overall rating 0 I didn't recieve anything
