Easy to find the flowers I was looking for. Detailed information given on each item, presented in a very organized way that is easy to understand. My only issue was figuring out how to add an item to my cart - I put in the size I wanted, but didn't notice the quantity box next to it. Even though shipping cost more than the price of the herb itself, the total came out to about the same as buying a similar product on Amazon with free shipping, so I ordered direct from the supplier.
You're checkout was a horrible experience, I should've been able to use my PayPal check out and do it fast, and your site made me jump through all this these weird hoops of signing up and confirming all these extra steps that I never have to do with any other cart shopping experience with other businesses. The steps were absolutely unnecessary and wasted my time today. I have never seen a website force you to sign onto their website in order to use PayPal Xpress pay I almost walked away the worst checkout process I've ever experienced

I would have hoped for a discount on shipping or no shipping cost at all. Otherwise ok.

I googled Moringa and saw it available so I ordered it. They charged $8.00 Shipping for 1lb bag. I saw they also had Alfalfa leaf after my order was completed. I emailed them then waited over the weekend having asked them to add to my order and I'd pay the difference. They refused to add the alfalfa to my order. I placed a second order and they charged me $12.99 shipping for the 1lb alfalfa bag that would have fit easily in the $8.00 box. You tell me if you'd like this experience?
Leaf moringa took a chance for fresh, young, tender dried leaf. What I got was thick older leaf with lots of 1-2 inch stems. The alfalfa was almost powder with a lot of fine dirt mixed in, so deffo not first cutting which they probably were calling organic. I will not be back

Pretty happy with the quality of the product. 1 pound is a LOT of mullein. Probably didn't need to order 2 pounds, but... I'm set for a while...lol

On time and all were accurate. I have never had any problems with your herbals. I would like to have label that indicate how the herb works, but i can look things up.
Cheaper than amazon or walmart. Waiting months for Bromelain. Pinapple powder available on Walmart cheaper than bromelain. No sweet wormwood. I get that on Walmart.
If i want to make a wish list for the future, it will not save. This web page can be challahging, as when i did an edit, it eliminated 2 of the items i wanted. Still out of Bromelain?
