I have so many wonderful things to say about Lamont, I don't know where to start. He was extremely knowledgeable about the service he provided. He was on time, professional, called me ahead of time, so he could come prepared with the correct supplies, he was pleasant to chat with, worked very fast and cleaned up after the job was completed. The television mount works perfect and looks great. I would definitely recommend calling him!
This company is terrible I have had 3 different appointments and techs. 0 out of 3 showed. When you contact them they will give you the run around and ask you to keep giving them a new time slot, only to not show again. They are a joke in the chattanooga, tn area. And have the nerve to say they provide same day service That's a lie. Alarm system was never installed Save yourself the trouble and get someone else

I purchased the tv mounting service. My case required a second visit by a tech. The first tech was friendly, but mounted my tv too high. I told him it seemed too high when he mounted the wall plate. The tv was not yet on the wall. Long story short he would not move it because he felt like the height was standard. I didn't argue with him....no point in that. Plus he took 3 hours for the job he did. I called customer service and after a review process, they sent another tech to my home. The review process was terrible. I got a lot of wrong information when I called. Phone tech support could use an upgrade. Eventually they did send a new person, Justin. He was great, fast, checked with me during install to ensure satisfaction. I dont think the first guy had the right tools. The 2nd guy was more than awesome. I then called customer service and asked if Justin could do another job since he was at my house and they agreed. I would use the company again. It all worked out.
First technician was a no show. When I called your 1-800 number regarding the same it was clear that Hellotech knew the tech was not coming, but had not notified me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for quite some time and then I was told the supervisor would call me back. This NEVEr happened. Awful customer service.
The technician who came was courteous and knowledgeable and communicated with me prior to my appointment.
Ken (our tech) was fantastic! He was right on time, made a difficult install work perfectly, and was just a really great guy. A+ for Ken!
Call center was a disaster, they were not helpful at all, but Ken saved the day for HelloTech.

Luiz explained about the security issue with watching on my Android. I have to do something with my fingerprint to get viewing. Nothing on the installation

Very nice Tech. Overall installation very good. When confronted with out of ordinary installation challenges, needed a little help.
The tech advised me that my box damaged and not working, but I took it downstairs to another TV and set it up and used right away.
Unlike the other assigned tech who was a no call o show, Dalton called me to let me know he finished at another job early to see if the appt could be pushed up. He was very friendly and communicated what he was doing and the estimated time it would take to do the install. He made everything was level and perfect prior to packing up & leaving.
Obi was great….He worked on the issue and gave me a clear explanation of what the issue was and why it couldn't be solved……So the less-than-5 rating is just because I'm still stuck with the problem. But I would totally call on Obi again for other tech support issues…..
Everything was good our tech needed more knowledge about the Samsung S9 plus but overall he was okay

I sent picture of installation site but that picture didn't get to tech and he did not have proper ladder but he made it work.
Our technician was friendly and courtious. Did a great job I'm more than satisfied with the job. My only qualm is that I thought the price was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. $80 for an hour of time seems excessive. All in all I am happy with my transaction.
Very professional and knowledgeable Tech. David was awesome. These services should be expanded to nearby counties in Maryland. I live in Howard County where Ring did not have these services. The service was only available in a neighboring county.
Though it took this company 3 three techs to fulfill the service, Jacob was straight to the work and even put up with some of this old Army retired guy's complaining. Jacob answered my questions clearly. He was able to resolve my internet Repeater issue.
The tech worked very hard to solve the problem, however the problem was not solved. I gave him a good rating because of the effort he put in
I got a call back in a few hours (could have been faster). I was linked with a "geek" very quickly and he was knowledgeable and professional.
I bought a refurbished unit and I got what I paid for. The siren had mud all over it and did not come with batteries or a back mounting bracket, and the inside camera did not work either. I had a tech come out twice and install the unit, and they both were great, but now Simplisafe charges a ridiculous $4.25 safety and service fee on top of the $79 where they did not do that a month ago, for my first install.
The rep came & right away he could see what the issues were & he got to work right away. He was able to correct the issue & we are fully operational.
The price seemed a tad high for a relatively simple job - although obviously beyond my tech skills. The first technician didn't show; I was pleased another tech was found for the same day. He fixed my problem. I really appreciate having in-home service to make sure everything worked properly before he left.
Scott was phenomenal. He arrived on time, was extremely nice, and provided A++ service. His patience and thorough work is admirable, excellent job! 4 stars based on company policy of 12 ft limit for lights, this is not high enough for many homes. Pricing is misleading the way it is written — Holiday Light Hanging / Removal. One might believe price includes both services but it is only for one.
Tip for consumers:
Holiday Lights Hanging/Removal are not included in one price. If you want lights hung higher than 12 feet this service will not be for you.

I had an issue with my laptop so I contacted this guys and they showed up although they we a bit late. Good job I highly recommend them.
