25 messages with cleaner before she even steps in my door. Reviews mentioned 2 people cleaning, there were four people upon arrival, one was a toddler. I have two cats that are still traumatized from their visit. I also spent about 2 hours putting things back into place as well as doing some cleaning of surfaces. I had already taken out my garbage and done my dishes. I am concerned at the legitimacy of the businesses hired given the above and have removed my account. I worked way too hard and all the beings in this home are unnerved. NO THANKS. (even my neighbors who saw the kid and the seemingly underaged workers leaving were shocked. When they arrived i felt put btwn a rock and hard place given how long it took to schedule.) My dish sponge was left filthy (guessing it was used for dusting/cleaning). I was issued a $7 refund of the $107 value (i paid thru groupon/discounted fwiw)
