Cancelled appointment 1/2 hour before via text didn't call to rearrange or answer my calls. All that effort to book an appointment online with a deposit incase we cancel last minute BUT what do we get if she does it?! £35 after 2 weeks otherwise you have to pay for a Full set?! Sometimes my lashes can last upto 3 weeks. Very rare to see a timed booked as everyone is different & some have more or less lashes. Website is very misleading so don't expect a glamorous salon ladies just a living room sectioned off with a bed & lamp, no waiting seat nor asked for a drink. A woman thinking she has become a business woman with no idea on how to run a business, lack of customer service, no ethics, greedy & no time keeping very unprofessional.
