Trouble checking out. Site kept rejecting my CC. Then was give a code to use that didn't work and with all the reentering of my CC (same card) somehow the Dress Bag that I wanted was removed from my order. So it seemed a little messy and now that I've spent so much time on here including writing this review I'm not about to go back in and order that dress bag, oh no lol but I do like the site and the dresses look nice this is my first purchase I'm looking forward to getting my dress.
This company is a scam. They attempt to replicate dresses using cheap fabric. The dresses are made sloppy. They don't look anything like the ripped off photos. Getting a refund is next to impossible. They want to give me a coupon to purchase another cheap dress from their website. They also want to charge me a restocking fee for returning my item, which isn't stated in their return policy. It is not worth the hassle.
This is my first time using this company. Your selection is extremely vast. And for the price regardless of the outcome, you really can't be mad no man a woman wants to spend $ thousands on a dress. Although the dresses did not come as expected, it is ok
And I do recommend anyone that purchases dresses to make a review and post photography so customers like myself have a better gauge of what the dress looks like. Additionally, I would love more reference photos

The dress was very beautiful and fits very well! My daughter has already gotten so many compliments on it!

Super easy, came quick. Just wish It would have sent me a notification when the dress and necklace was being sent. However it was sa nice surprise when it arrived with in few weeks after ordering.

Shopping experience was nice. Website simple to navigate which was a plus. Turnaround time was maybe about 4 weeks but received our order in 15 days. Clean, packaged well. Dresses we packed inside out. I'm guessing so it doesn't get dirty in case outside packaging gets damaged through mail.

Excellent service! Site made shopping super easy, especially with the custom fit option! Dress & accessories came extremely fast and in perfect condition! The only downfall was the dress was supposed to be 'sage' and it's more of a 'bright mint'. Not the same as the swatch online. Other than that, super happy with the experience!

The dress i ordered online was AMAZING. It is just as beautiful as it looks in the advertised photo. The shipping took a bit but once i emailed they were on it and my packaged was delivered within 2 days. My experience was pretty great from this company. Awesome experience the dress was very pretty very elegant soft and was not too much when I ordered it. I was nervous because my bank said that it was a fraud site. I had to call and get my bank to approve it. Once they approved it it took honestly may be a little over a week for them to get it to me and the shipping was fast. I had to verify it with a nine cent shipping resend address, return, and, once I got it, it was amazing very little altering very pretty
Had issues with my card and the order at first with PayPal didn’t use PayPal in it wanted me to choose PayPal got it resolved within a day

My dress arrived several days before promised. It was well made. I would suggest you get the customization to your measurements -- it's worth every penny! The dress fit me perfectly. I hope I will be asked to be a bridesmaid sometime in the future so I can order from Hebeos again!
