SHOCKING SERVICE! I ordered a dress thinking I was ordering from a UK website. I should have known when I got no confirmation email, order number or anything. On arrival I found that the dress had been made in China and looked nothing like the picture advertised on the website. Plus the padding around the bust are in totally the wrong place. When I asked if I could return it they refused and offered an insulting 10% discount. I paid £120, this would mean £12 back! When I refused they offered 15%! Now they have stopped replying to my emails, I have lost £120 and I am stuck with this revolting dress. DON'T DO IT! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

My daughter ordered her prom dress from this company and when it came in, it looked NOTHING like the photo. It hung totally loose on her even though we took the measurements as they suggested and ordered the size according to those measurements. When we tried to get a return label to return the dress and get a refund, they kept giving us the run around and making her send pictures of her in the dress to them, then indicating this item was not eligible for a refund, and sent this message "Since your dress was just made in a standard size, it usually doesnt fit individuals very well and needs extra alterations after received. Would you please find a local tailor to get it altered to fit better? Return is not available in this case. Your understanding and cooperation would be greatly appreciated." Really? We ordered the size suggested by the measurements! And now suddenly the dress is "just made in a standard size..."! This is the worst online company I've ever dealt with. STEER CLEAR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am now out $160 bucks because they would not honor their return policy

I ordered my prom dress from Hebeos on March 21 2018 and it was supposed to be in my hands on April 11 2018, yesterday, well guess what, its not here and i got an email from hebeos stating that my dress was still "under tailoring". My prom is April 28th 2018 and the only reason i ordered from hebeos was beause i couldnt find a prom dress that i liked at any stores. Well now guess what, ive gotta get a refund and try to find another dress to match my shoes, makeup, and everything i got to go with the dress i didnt recieve. My advice, do not order from this sight for anything.

This dress made my daughter look so beautiful for her senior prom. The fit was perfect on her with the custom fitting. I will be ordering again.

Now a days, it's scary buying dresses off the internet. I've been burned many times by online stores stating dresses were as pictured or made within the U.S. then when the dress arrives, I discovered the dress was cheaply made and nothing like the picture. Hebeos has really impressed me. The customer service is amazing, all dresses are as described and overall the quality is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dress.

I ordered my dress exactly ONE month ago and also paid for extra shipping for it to arrive BEFORE April 7th. I have sent a few emails and have yet to hear back. The dress is needed for an event this upcoming Friday and clearly I will not have it in time. Awful customer service and a huge lie saying dresses will be delivered in time. I am incredibly disappointed. After reading multiple reviews, I will not be surprised if the dress does not even come in the right size or color. I have requested a refund at least for the express shipping, and of course no reply has been received. Save your money and don't bother ordering from this site.

I was very skeptical to order from an unknown website but I took a chance! The dress fit me a little big but only because I had lost about 20lbs before the wedding. The sleeves were a little tight but other than that it fit nicely. I had to cut a few loose threads here and there but it was almost just like the picture and I received a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend paying extra for the fast shipping though. Would definitely use this website again.

This place is a scam! They DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO ON THEIR WEBSITE! THE DRESS THAT I RECEIVED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! I took pictures and sent it to the company as per their request. They emailed me saying there could be "slight differences" from the pictures posted online. NOTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE STATES THAT! Further, there are major differences to the dress I received! It looks like a completely different dress. It actually looks horrible! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that I lost $240!

The dress was a different color from the one in the picture, its a lighter pink or it could be the lighting. Not a huge fan of the bra padding, but Its still amazing to me. :)
