The shipping type should pop a window explaining what each type means instead of having to come across it in the footer

You have an inventory that compliments my business needs for sublimation printing. I like the one stop shop concept; everything from hot press equipment, sublimations inks and papers, and a wide range of sublimated products. Also, having access to information such as videos, print formulas and product templates on your website are a great plus!

Delivery was a bit rough resulting in product being out of stock and needing reordering. Overnight shipment failed but it did arrive by Christmas and all 12 Orca mugs were unbroken.

Seem to be quality machines for good prices. Only thing I didn't like is that there is no advertisements for free shipping I'd expect something over 250 bucks to have shipping included in price.

Delivery was slow. I was told by online chat customer it would be delivered in 4-5 days but it took over a week. If you don't know delivery timeframes don't give a bogus timeframe. Was a big disappointment to not have enough time to construct our projects in time for a trip.

Arrived within 3 days of ordering online. Was very well packaged for shipping. Have used several times and so far is working well. Really like the slide out feature. Very pleased so far.

Everything was great, except the delivery time. I have purchased from heatpressnation before and this was the first time that an order took too long to arrive. They always ship quickly, everything arrives in 4-7 days, but this time it took more than 3 weeks. When we called, they gave us no explanation and still took long to ship. The item did arrive, but it was too late. Quality is great and price is reasonable. I don't know what happened with the delivery time.

the $5 coupon code you sent didn't work HPNNEWS5, it took 2 calls to get the cancelled order refunded, there was no response for over 4 days on a backordered item. Thank you to the girl that handled my 2nd call...she was wonderfull

I have ordered 3 different presses form HPN 16x20 Auto Open, mug press, and Hat press. All three needed customer service calls and 2 of 3 needed new parts before they would work upon delivery. Customer service is amazing though and totally makes up for the hiccups with the machines.

The First order was a little disappointing. They ran out of red in 20" HTV and didn't bother to call me. I had to call myself to find out ill get it a week later. Other than that everything else has been great. They have everything i need and since I'm local, i get it the next day.

Overall great. Shipping is long time so have looked at sites with faster shipping due to warehouse near me.

Found many codes online was hoping for at least free shipping, no deals so hopefully the product will be worth it. If so I will purchase my sublimation printer for HPN as well.

I come to heat press nation to find the tools for my t shirts and printing. I have purchased t pads, t square it. Other products. They r cheaper then amazon and other sites I have looked at.

HPN stands out for its quality and price. It would be super if they gave a place to compare products for their features. But I'll definitely buy again from them.

For the price these machines cost. I would have expected free shipping and that was very disappointing.

Seems like there are great options for packages. It's just hard to tell what is what online. I think the text in product images makes it even harder.

I've sent paperwork to get my school district to add you as an approved vendor and left messages but no one ever calls me back. :-(

Wouldn't accept payment through website - had to pay through paypal - Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating and time consuming.

I've been very pleased with heatpress nation. Especially their customer service. When I received my heatpress it would not work I called and they were very helpful at troubleshooting the issue. Offered me a replacement machine but we had found it was just a loose wire. They overnighted a replacement wore to me at no cost and sent very detailed hot to video on how to install. The press works like a charm now. Best press I've had so far.

So far, a good experience. I appreciate the option to pay with Affirm. I would have liked a coupon code for first time customers though.

The vinyl I came to this site to purchase were out of stock in many colors. Otherwise, good experience so far!
