My husband bought me a sawgrass and extra ink. When I received it today I noticed the ink doesn't match. I did not want the subli-ink because you have to use easysubli paper and the item can only be washed 10-15 times before the image is gone. It is the initial installation ink that is subli ink. I called to see if they could just exchange the initial ink but no because it's a bundle I have to send all of it back pay for shipping (that's fine) 20% restocking fee ( thats robbery I haven't even removed the tape or opened the ink). Then they said if I install the other ink I bought from them it will void my warranty. Good to know because I can buy 3rd party ink from Amazon instead of through them for the next two years (under original warranty I would not do it). I wish I knew my husband was going to buy from them before he did as I've had problems with my heat press from them also!
Overall expuerence to date has been very satisfactory. Shipping was fast with shuck a large container. Packaging was superb! Heating is uneven across platen.

I have tried several times to watch the Master classes that I paid for and cannot locate any files except those that are not available yet. I am new to this and really like what I've learned so far from YouTube sessions and want to get better at sublimating.
Inventory was not up to date on website, the item kept changing from in-stock, to out of stock. Had to speak to a customer service rep to figure out inventory. The rep, Samantha was great though, she gets 5 stars for her customer service. Other than that, checkout was pretty quick and simple.
I had a promo code HPNEWS5 for $5.00 an order of $30 or more and it would not accept it as a valid code.
The only difficulty I ran into with this order was that the payment screen on the website wasn't very user friendly with my card. I was purchasing with a school issued credit card and it was rejected numerous times and even when I called in the first several people weren't able to help me get the problem resolved.
how long does ground shipping take? doesnt say anywhere when choosing shipping options. express shipping prices seem gouged. instructions for product use are generic for cotton and would probably scorch a polyester shirt... makes me wonder whether this will work with my polyester shirts..

I understand mistakes happen and did get a little agitated that I contacted customer support and was initially told there was no error on the order, then after proving there was an error asked to contact someone else within your company.
I felt the appropriate solution would be to have the correct representative from your team reach out to me after insinuating that I was in the wrong which I was not, then asking me to chase down someone else withing your company.
Overall the product was as stated and I am happy with the purchase. I am only giving feedback for your internal use so please don't feel the need to post it because I feel this is an issue that can be resolved and not affect future business.
In the end, if the mistake was made on your company's end I am not sure why the customer must jump through hoops to get the product they paid for is all. I hope this helps.

I'm disappointed that the person I spoke with couldn't split my payment and that there is no discount on shipping period. It also looks like my discount code was not accepted. I have been shopping for a while and watching utube. I originally was going to buy off amazon but saw the clear difference in the sturdiness I'd the machines. The customer service girl wasn't even interested in taking my order over the phone. I'm new to all this I e just been a crafter and gift maker so this is a big deal and investment for me.
Your website is easy enough to use. Customer service needs help though. I have emailed a couple of times asking questions before making my purchase and haven't received a response.
The website is easy to navigate, lots of information and reviews on the items they carry. Only issue was so many of the items were out of stock. Because so many of there heat presses were out of stock it made the decision of which one to purchase a little tougher than it should have been.

Two out of my three cart items were delivered in a timely manner and functioned at the level I expected - I would consider them to be great buys at fair prices. HPN customer service is very courteous and helpful when it comes to setup and general questions (I find that the phone number provided will result in significantly faster service than via email), but I'm still burned by the return policy for cutters; particularly that the strict "no returns" verbiage could be more transparent. List it on the product page, put it on the checkout page, make it clear, and you would have had a happier customer. I'm currently neutral on if I'll return to make another purchase.
Some material has described with a size like 12 or 15 inches and comes short for half inch 11.5 and 14.5 half inch on the machine is a lot lets say in my machine a regular 15 comes to 14.25 ready to cut because of the rollers and bleed if the material comes short I will have only 13 inches only to cut instead of 14.25.

I have found better deals for prices and shipping with other vendors, unfortunately they are out of stock right now. I am pretty sure you could make an effort improving shipping prices. I normally pay 125 por 48 mugs and 9 shipping :(

I find the experience fine. What I don't like is finding out your out of stock on something in delivery! I know customer service overall has gone downhill in our country, but dam. All three times this has happened usually somebody is nice enough to compensate! Communication is key! I feel corporations forget this vital moral!
