Placed an order during black Friday on sublimation ink. Waited over three weeks for one color to arrive. I needed to exchange it and was told they don't except exchanges. That I could return it but it would cost me $15 and then I would have to re-order at full price.
This was my second engagement with this company. I should have known better after purchasing a heat press barely used after 14 months it failed and was told there is no warranty. Money grab and go philosophy. Buyer beware

Not too long ago I took into consideration the reputation Heat Press Nation had but sad to say they are completely awful. I waited days to expect my 16x20 signature heat press but it turns out it never ended up in my hands. FedEx lost my package and to make this worst they nor heatpress nation will replace the lost one for me. So I lost almost $1000 investing here and I am left with no heat press and no money

I usually have issues logging into my account and when I try to reset the password I do not receive an email. I keep using the same email and password but about every other time I try to log in I have issues.

It took a month and 5 days to get my heat press. And every time I called they told me it would be sent out the next week! I love the press but the amount of time I had to wait was ridiculous!

Great customer service, delivery makes me think twice before I buy. Never know when it's coming. My last two orders just showed up. Was never sent the tracking info.

The Heat Press I ordered was out of stock with no date to expect it to ship. My Discount code i received in the my email did not work as well. I'm excited to work with your company and receive your product, but this hasn't been the 5 star shopping experienced I thought I would have received. I'm still humble and happy for your service, Thank you for the Heatpress.

Contacted heat press more than once never got a reply. Payed over $50 for set of 5 blades. 3 of them went dull first month.

Clarify on what has free shipping. Only one piece of the order that qualifies for free shipping is ridiculous. When this order us over $400

I have contacted HPN multiple times because I did not receive a manual with my product so I have no idea how to use it. The manual that they ended up emailing to me was not for the model that I have. I have tried to get a correct manual but have not received a response.
I would have given all 5 stars if this issue could be addressed. I will likely be returning the machine if this is not resolved soon.

The product was not as described. Material was really cheap for the price I paid for. I'm just going to keep on using our local supplier. Higher price but better quality products.

Heat Press Nation came highly recommended but they have yet to live up to the hype, I am very disappointed with their services. I ordered the Sawgrass SG1000 in May 26,2020 and received my printer on June 11,2020, needless to say I was overjoyed to be receiving my printer but was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and there was no installation kit included. I contacted the company and was told by the Customer Service Representative that they received the printers without the ink and they knew I was eager to receive my printer so they shipped it out the printer without the ink (1st Lie) but I would receive the ink on Saturday June 13,2020 but that was another lie, it never came, I called a few times throughout the week, no one could give me a definite answer or provide a tracking number for my ink, I requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told he would give me a call but to no avail, I was told that the Supervisor is having my ink shipped overnight but still no ink.(another Lie) I contacted the company again today, I was on hold for an hour and eleven minutes only to speak with a representative to be told, my ink was shipped out but I won't receive it until Wednesday June 24,2020. I am outraged, I have missed out on so much business because of this, I will no longer do business with Heat Press Nation because I don't feel I'm being properly compensated for my troubles.

I purchased my first heat press from heatpressnation and I liked you guys before this experience. The prices are good for heat presses and standard for everything else. I did not receive my items and customer service wasn't helpful. After I told them that I didn't receive my items; they were not receptive to my problem and continued to talk about consolidated shipping.The processing time for shipping is and always was terrible.

I placed first order for the heat press and some other supplies and free shipping. Order went through, said order shipped, money was taken out of account, received supplies. I tracked the heat press and it said no information. I waited a couple of days and nothing different. So I called HeatPress and inquired about my heat press. They told me it was on back order and they sent me an email which I never received ( looked in spam ). I needed my press so I decided to get another one that they had in stock but I had to wait til they refunded me for the other press. They told me they would refund my money and it would take about 3 days. So I received the money. I was so disappointed how the whole process went. Really didn't want to order it from HN again but couldn't find one I wanted as much. Of course there wasn't free shipping. Long story short I ended up with a cheaper one and spent more money. Non of the associates could help with my situation. Leaves a bad taste!

Your online ordering process and customer of support for ordering is TERRIBLE! I called to order this online yesterday, and after a mailing back and forth to get information piece by piece on supplying my military ID (which I did) to get a password, which did not work in either creating a new account or in an existing account, I called to be put on hold for 12 minutes to be told by Rene that the guy I emailed was a new guy and he could create and account for me. I was frustrated with my experience and told him I would take my business elsewhere. I spent weeks researching to choose this device for my business, so I ordered on line WITHOUT the 5% discount I was eligible for.

Your company provided a coupon code for signing up for your newsletter, coupon code doesn't work ANYWHERE. I am clearly ordering more than $30 worth. Just get tired of online BS from companies that offer codes that do not work.

This particular company has one of the worst return policies. Just ordered paper (sublimation) the first time, paper came in damaged but I used because I was in a rush. Ordered again, and came in same shape damaged from the corner.
To request a return or refund you need to email them and they will give a ton of excuses in order to accept the product.
I gave up with them, they can keep my money, Just no more business for them.

I was not able to use the discount coupon I received for signing up with my email address. It said it was not valid.

made the order on the 17th and it came in 2 weeks later i called and said the item hasnt shipped yet but 2 weeks wait time was horrible and they didnt even give me any kinda credit on my account

Upon arrival, 4 of the 12 cups were broken

The Unbroken cups were great

Not worth the price when u add in the cost of broken cups

Not worth it to have to call shipper every time cups r ordered to replace broken cups, they could come broke too

I ordered my vinyl and the website said I would get an email with my tracking info. I never got one so i emailed and got my stuff that Friday. My only complaint is I wish there was faster delivery.

Whatever changed with this siser easy stretch is not good and will not cut properly. I just finished a previous roll before receiving this one that was fine and cut good. Quality of this HTV is horrible. It feels different and is not cutting properly at all.

I buy alot from this website first time i get a coupon and charges shippin. I was going to end up paying more with the coupon.

Terrible customer service. My mugs were poorly packaged and therefore 6 were damaged during transit but since it was over 3 days (ridiculous amount of time for quality check) they won't even do a store credit. Company I won't be doing business with anymore.
