Yes they call... a lot. But once you answer they stop calling. I, like most people, avoided answering at first but once I answered I spoke to a real live person and they were very helpful. And I was able to get the coverage I needed for me and my family within the hour. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all.
I was looking for rates outside of the marketplace and signed up for an emailed report. I did not get my email, but what I HAVE gotten since 4:48pm yesterday is over 100 (yes, one hundred!) phone calls from different numbers. Nobody can take me off the list. I block every number as they call, but they just spoof other numbers to keep trying to get in touch. I attached screenshots of my calls just from today. This doesn't show that some of these numbers called multiple times. It's abusive.
