57 and never exercised in my life. Being a bricklayer and playing squash was all the work out i needed. Got out of bricklaying, then more recently stopped squash (home/life reasons) I realised I was getting soft.
The Better Me app I found and subscribed (after a few months deciding if it was legit) and it's fantastic. The workouts are short and sweet. If I'm feeling motivated I do a second workout from the extensive extras list. My two daughters visited from Melbourne a week ago and three of us did chair yoga together. Awesome!

I can't say enough good things about the food and the service. It was a happy accident I found Keto Pi Factory a few days ago and am so glad I did. It would be nice if you could add your own exercises and calories since different people burn different amounts of calories doing different things. There is an option to pay for a premium account in order to be able to log body measurements, more nutrition details, and sleep, but the free version works just fine to record calories and weight over time. It is fun to track calories even if you don't want to try to lose weight. It is interesting to see what you are putting into your body. This app makes tracking calories easy and fun.
