Was looking for a nursing home for my mom. Found healthcarecomps.com and it turns out to be pretty informative. Has survey of how patients rate the facility as well as a Medicare inspection report. Just thought I would share with y'all. I found it to be very useful for me.

As one who has been in long-term care for almost nineteen (19) years, there are much better resources for families seeking information on hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, etc. than this site. I continue to be listed as the "managing contact" at a facility I left nearly two years ago! If this site was, as they suggest, "updated regularly" from information obtained from CMS, my name would not be there. Additionally, you should be wary as a person seeking information from any site that does not easily and readily post a "contact us" link to obtain (or correct) additional information.
