After July 31,2020 I'm kissing HBO goodbye. It's too much money not to have access to it. I'll have to watch on my computer? Not my tv? And is the price dropping? I doubt it. There's never anything on the channels on cable. I've always paid for my subscription to it. I'm the one getting ripped off.

How $#*!in big is this company, to not be able to fix major issues in app on xbox, tv and phone - like rewind or forward option, that works for only about 2 minutes and then error appears with retry option that NEVER $#*!in worked! Also I can never continue with watching, because, surprisingly, another error appears! And last, but not least, language is changing randomly however and whenever it wants.

Spectrum talked me into HBO at half price for 1 year. The content is not worth it even at half price. I was promised i could stream the contnent from HBOGO but there are so many hoops to jump thru to connect i decided to delete that app. There are so many options for streaming movies its not worth the effort for the small amount of content HBO offeres. Stick with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Much better interface, better search and contnent. HBO should give up and die like the other ancient providers that don't keep up with change.

Open this, paid for, and what happens: buffers. Wait 3 seconds, buffers. 6 seconds, buffers. 9 seconds, buffers. The only rule of the Internet if you are a streaming service is do not buffer. If you don't want to give me 1080p fine, I can deal with 480p, but just do not buffer. This is THE WORST streaming service on earth today. I have watched over 100,000 YouTube videos and not one has ever buffered. Additionally, the catalog is organized horrendously. This is a company that produced 2 of the top 5 television series of all time (The Wire & Band of Brothers) yet the fact that it is incapable of not buffering and so disorganized is a shame. Whoever runs HGO GO needs to be replaced yesterday.

Ron had outstanding Customer Service Skills. He went through loops to resolve my issue. Ron is a great asset to the company and just for that I'll use you guys in the future with referrals.

It took me two days two whole $#*! days to watch the movie 127 hours' with James Franco. Bomb $#*! movie... too bad it was on a terrible streaming app. HBO is in need of some serious quality control

I can't delete my account or cancel my subscription! I don't want to use it and they charge me to cancel my account, that is not acceptable!

The $#*!tiest app of all time. Paying 4/ month for only to see 503's and all types of errors all the $#*!ing time. NOT WORTH IT, A WASTE OF TIME. Also $#*!TY on Phone/ tablet. BUY NETFLIX

Why not just use HBO NOW if you have HBO? HBO GO was set up so you could cut the cord. After having HBO GO for 3 years they want $100 from me to register my HBO GO so I can use the HBO GO app. Is HBO going to charge us $100 this year $200 next year and so on? Game of Thrones maybe a great show but is it worth $280? I can buy the 4K disk for $50 and save $230. So much for being a loyal costumer.

Whether it's direct tv att hbo at any given moment one of these platforms stops working. Finding the sweet spot we're both or all three works is a rareity. At home, att internet works at snail speed even when no one else is on it. As soon as I pull in my drive and go from data to my WiFi that I pay for every month my phone will stop. No one home. Direct tv is glitchy, screws up recordings and due to slow internet often doesn't work. Hbo whether at home or on mobile RARELY works. My husband has a system down to make it work. Go upstairs record a show from hbo on that tv then once it records we can watch it downstairs. Can't just go straight to source. When traveling and trying to use hbo, I always lock myself out with an unknown error message that doesn't have anything to do with wrong log in, have to wait an hour, reset my password, which takes 3-4 tries because when I enter new password and confirm password, there's a glitch in THAT system that says the two don't match, even though I know they do and try it over and over. So then, I finally reset my password, get back to app, enter new accepted password and BOOM another error message. Nothing ever works. This is why my household is going to NO CABLE PROVIDER and we will switch internet providers simply out of spite. We don't have time to do all this but I'm so sick of being frustrated with this trifecta of poor apps, service, and technology. And if we lose hbo because we have to have a provider than so be it. I just want to log on to my phone iPad TV and for once have it actually work without the run around. Horrible.
