I was very happy with the entire process especially during this time of a pandemic. The entire Staff was AWESOME and to me seemed that they went out of there way to help me out. Especially the Crew that took my vehicle. They were so professional and extremely courteous. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I knew that it was in good hands and that they would take care of it as it was their vehicle. Extremely Pleased
We booked a transport and were told that the vehicle would arrive in Hawaii by a certain date. That date then changed by two weeks without us being notified and it completely through off our plans. The customer support team was not empathetic and declined giving us any sort of discount despite the added costs we will now incur because of the change in their plans.
After reserving and receiving a confirmation email about my initial reservation. I was called back about a week later with a different confirmation ship date. When I asked why, I was told shipments didn't go out on the weekends. Just wondering why wasn't I told that right away? My initial moving plans were made according to that confirmation. But other than that, someone apologized and was very helpful over the phone.
Survey should be taken once service has been completed, but booking was fairly easy.

It is important to confirm with Matson (the actual shipper) the drop-off time. We were given a drop-off date by Hawaii Car Transport of six-days prior to container ship sail date. When we arrived at Matson, we were informed that we did not need to drop off vehicles until two-days before sail date (which we did, saving on rental car cost and storage fees).
Otherwise, using your service was easy and your pricing is great.
Very helpful and informative before I shipped my vehicle. But the customer service was below average leading up to the arrival of my vehicle. I felt like after they got my money, they didn't even try to assist me with my questions and inquiries. Multiple 30 to 40 minute wait times to answer simple questions. I left multiple online chat questions that were never responded to. I also received an email stating my vehicle was available to pick up. When I drove 35 miles to the location, I was told my vehicle had not arrived yet. Fast and easy to use service. But somethings could be improved to create a better overall experience.
Everything is pretty easy but I was not able to print your terms and conditions. I hope you will send that to me in printable form. Bruce Bryla was easy to deal with.
Couldn't get ahold of customer service, however my vehicle arrived at it's destination ahead of schedule. Pickup was easy. Overall pretty good experience.
My automobile arrived at the destination in perfect condition and quite a bit faster than expected. I am very pleased.

Trying to get additional insurance for my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, so far without success
I called 3 times. My son-in-law had asked for a quote, which was given by Vinny. When I called today to change things because I bought the car, I told someone that Vinny was the one that issued the quote to my Son-in-law, first he was not there, second, I explained that to someone else and then they transferred me to his answering machine and again he was not there. The third time I called, I finally managed to speak with someone and they explained what I needed to do.
There was a delay in getting my car on the boat and was not notified right away and never got an explanation as to why. I would use them again but know that the delivery date is an estimate only.
I cannot give 5 stars yet simply for the fact that the car hasn't shopped yet. I have had great customer service and follow ups to ensure the process was easy on my end. So thank you.
Billed all at once or do I need to give the driver a lump some of cash when he/she shows up? Also, pickup person could be one of 4 different people.
Overall very pleasant experience so far. A little difficult to get a return phone call. However, representatives are polite and knowledgeable.

Shipped my car from FLORIDA to HAWAII and it was so easy. Took care of everything online, then they picked it up as scheduled, and delivered as scheduled. Everyone was nice and they were very responsive to my inquiries. The only drawback - 2 different drivers called to schedule the pick up, which caused some anxiety when, afterwards, I was not able to track the shipment as it made its way to Hawaii. There was always that small worry in the back of my head until I actually got word that the car had indeed arrived in Honolulu. Also, there was 1/8 tank of gas that mysteriously disappeared... I guess someone just sat in the car running the AC or something, but no biggie. But those items kept it from being a perfect 5 star rating. Aloha
Drop off was chaos. the person gave me two different times to drop off: Once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. Apparently they receive in the morning because when i got there at 2 they said they were almost done loading and left at 4. They said it would be two extra weeks before they actually shipped! Luckily they were understanding and squeezed it on last minute. Pain in the butt yet pick up was a breeze! My car is in great shape with no extra dings in the side. Yay!
So far so good. We will see when the car gets dropped off of the Oakland Port and then when it arrives here with no issues when I go pick it up.

No complaints, the vehicle was picked up and carefully loaded on the transport. The vehicle arrived 5 days ahead of schedule in perfect condition.
It was easy to reserve my spot except when trying to reach the person who takes the orders. Have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to get back to you. Other than that it's easy.
My car is missing the rear window airfoil. Also, there seems to be more scratches and dents then when the walk through was performed on Oahu. Other then that the service was good. It did arrive later then first indicated, however, this can be expected when being sent from almost half way across the world.
initial contacts and booking were very good. the problem I had that made the process stressful and difficult was that I did NOT receive email confirmation that the car was shipped, so did not have a shipping number, vessel name or anticipated delivery date. I called *******695 several times to request shipping confirmation. it was only on the day the car was ready for pickup that I was able to obtain an email with shipping information and confirmation number. Nawiliwili pick up was smooth.
We had problems contacting the Honolulu office. No one answer and no one called back after messages were left. The did eventually call but it was days later. I did not appreciate that.
Almost every part of the booking process went smoothly. I did have trouble with the two cities, the city I am living in and another that is miles away, having the same zip code. It wouldn't register my city, so I had to point at my school instead of my address.
