This so-called "UK-based retailer" is just a website that takes your money and then orders the lights directly from China. You can see the exact same products - with the exact same photos - on Ali Express, for example. The difference is that the cost of the product at Haus of Interiors is about 400% higher.
What is worse is that they claim they offer "easy local returns" but when you try to return an item, they ignore all your emails and "instant chats", presumably to drag out the process beyond the 14-day return window.
Finally, if you do manage to return something (out of your own pocket), they charge a "restocking fee".
In short, avoid this company. They are scammers. There are dozens of other legitimate lighting retailers that sell the same products at a fraction of the price.

It is a fabulous chandelier and I've had lots of lovely comments. The chandelier needs a couple of tweaks, which I believe has been improved by the supplier. I ordered a large one with many crystals... my electrician wishes I had order a smaller one. Very happy.

A beautiful product and gives off the wow factor, I had a minor problem with one of the screws after emailing the company they could do enough for me.They went above and beyond to fix our problem. Can not stress enough how nice it was to work with this company a definite recommendation from us.

I needed simple light for my apartment. I saw an ad on instagram for Haus of Interiors on my phone and purchased a Minimal Light Bar from them after 3 days of research. It took about 10 days to arrive but was packaged well. Easy installation ( but directions could be easier to follow - but no issues). Recommend.

Cheap and low quality feeling goods sold at an enormous mark up. They accidentally sent us the invoice from the Chinese company they bought it from and it is worth a fraction of what we were charged, so they are buying rubbish Chinese electronics and selling here for a vast mark up. Probably unsafe and not up to UK safety standards. Avoid at all costs!

Awful. These lights are cheap and tacky. Not worth the price at all. Stay clear! Asked
For a refund and after some serious persistence on my side got one after 3 months!
They've also sent my returned items on to another customer with my details still
Attached which is illegal! Someone needs to take these con artists down please!

Ordered from Haus Interiors website. Very nice website. They do not have a lot of products but they had what I needed. Lights came within 10 days and were easy to install. The lights look great.

Sadly I thought I was buying a high end quality light from a great UK website. The truth is it is a cheap bad quality light from China that looks nothing like the photo on the website. It came with absolutely no instructions on how to put up it how to use it. The dimmer action doesn't work with the dimmer switch we paid extra for.
I asked for instructions and was sent a comical bad home video of a man's hand using the remote control and it was impossible to understand. They never answered why it won't work with my dimmer switch. When I asked to return it they ignore me. Now months down the line and my credit card has reimbursed me they have started to send abusive emails.

I used to have doubts with this store due to the reviews but I got my Retro Loft well customized. Support are also responsive and kind. Shipping may take a little while but its worth the wait.

Delivery was scheduled for April 25,2023. It is now May 17,2023. Nothing delivered. Customer service will not communicate delivery date. Do not buy anything!
