I bought some jackets and purses 1years ago and never received, I have contact to the customer service and they promised resolve the situation they said resolve the situation and give me back my money and I have 1 year waiting for that happen.

Confirmation numbers and tracking numbers faked. Have been contacting since Feb 2023 and received nothing for our businesses. Fraud- Scam

RATINGS DONT GO LOW ENOUGH
In December last year I ordered $40 worth of items.never received them. I did receive a ring supposedly as a gift. Contacted customer service we agreed they would recend the order. Still never received them in an extended wait time. Contacted customer service again decided wanted a refund 1st they was only gonna give me like a 60 some % refund and we negotiated and they agreed on 90. Well since February I have been trying to get my refund. I keep getting told by different customer service rep they are working on the refund but may be a wait period because of the number of refunds the bank is processing. I say CRAP. Ik ow $40 isn't that much but now it is principle of the thing.

We ordered clothes online for 45 GBP and they gave fake delivery tracking twice but no item reached home. No refund is given as well. It is been 6 months now.

Said it was delivered nothing
Said shipped again and delivered Nothing. Mofos! Why does Google continue to let these guys advertise?

I placed an order on Jan. 29th '23. I received under my order number (33 days later) a cheap ring instead. So, this way they could cancel out the order number as "received" since I had to sign for it to get it from the post office. I asked for a refund and today May 1st '23 I am still waiting after many e-mails to them. Make no mistake, this is a front company to lure you in with a nice presentation that has no intention of selling you anything, except maybe, a cheap plastic ring as a reminder of our stupidity. Shame on us for trusting.

I order 40 dollars worth of merchandise and I never received I reached out to the company by email someone replied that my oder would be recent that was 6 moths ago.never again

I have ordered 3 different orders totaling around 250.00 and I haven't gotten anything I am going to talk to a lawyer about seeing them.I think this should be enough to send them to jail and make them pay it back.

I have been asking for my money back since 2 months ago. I ordered a jacket and I got a ring. No clue what to make of that, but they obviously spent some money shipping, and they communicated with me.

DON'T be a victim please! I ordered from HAUSAD online on December 19,2022. They emailed me a fake tracking number & I never received my order. It's a fake website to scam unsuspecting consumers.

In November I ordered quite a few items...wish I would've read the reviews first. Been dealing with them since...first asked for a refund in December because they said my items were delivered. They were not. Waited 2 weeks for my refund...nothing. Gave in and let them reship...I really wanted the items I purchased. Still waiting for my items.it's now March. Demanded a refund again to which they say they can only give 50% refund...ummmm NO, give me all my money back. Got a reply stating that they did refund the money 100%, but will take 15-25 days. I've never heard of that before. 7 days, sure. So I'll be in touch again in 15-25 days. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I've placed my orders and they know it and I get so tired everyone wants your money but they don't want to give you for your money. Don't spend your money because you won't get anything for it.

I only rated because Its a prerequisite for my review to be submitted. They deserve no rating at all because they are scam. I ordered and paid for several items but never got them since November 2022. They told me they were already delivered suddenly on a day I was fully at home and got no parcel. I sent a mail to let them know this, and I asked for the evidence of deliver and the delivery company
Used, and since then, they stopped replying my mails. They are fraudsters.

Never send what ordered told them twice only received rings in the mail I ordered suit and coat never received

Bought lot of stuff from Hausad, never arrived!Scam! Please don't shopping here, who can control it hopefully the website stop do not showing and scam people!

This is a fake website they will steal your money act like they sended it and give it fake tracking number.

My package was supposedly delivered by the United States Postal Service, but we get notices when we get packages, we never got a notification. When I called to be sure, they said the starting letter is a UPS code. Calling UPS they said there wasn't even enough numbers/letters for it to be a proper code! I am calling my bank and telling them to get me my money back. Be careful!
