Love my new outdoor vinyl curtains, especially in these 20 degree snowy days in Tennessee! I've had them up on my back porch for about a month now. They have survived 60+ mph wind gusts and 35-40 mph sustained winds for 48 hours+. The weighted chain is a must as well as triple checking measurements. Oh, I use 4 inch ball bungee cords to hang and join the curtains. I ordered the maximum clear section available allowing me to stay dry, protected from the wind and warmer all while enjoying the view of my back yard. The quality of the product should support a long life of the product.
Great product. I sent measurements and details of TV and the cover fits like a glove. Material is first class can see it lasting for years to come. Only comment I have and not negative on ordering I assumed it was all UK based but you order UK and is shipped from India I think so delivery is slower than expected, however this wouldn't put me off I will order again from covers & all.

Having our conditioner unit close to a salt pool, Covers & All was the best find ever - in Google. Great quality and communication throughout the process of getting the measurements right. I will definitely recommend this company for any covers needed. Now the children can splash (or do bombs) as much as they like in the pool with no fear of rust forming on our unit. Thank you

I have been looking for a special solar daisy and butterfly light for my nieces grave. I did order one from someone else but they cancelled the order saying they didn't have it anymore. I remembered I usually find the nicest things for family graves here. I looked around the site, found the perfect bouquet set and it is even more beautiful in person. Collections Etc. is one of my favorite sites for seasonal home decor and interesting items that you can't easily find elsewhere for home or personal use. The company says your order will be received within 7-10 days of being placed, and it usually is, if what you've ordered is in stock. They are good about sending you email updates for items you've purchased that are on backorder. In my experience, their customer service is readily helpful and responsive to questions concerning ordering, receipt of damaged items, replacements, and refunds.
Tip for consumers:
READ the product description and the reviews. Many times I've gotten excited about an item before completely reading its description. Thankfully, in reading the reviews, someone will have commented on the size. Photos are often closeups, so, for instance, an item that appears to be 5" x 7" may actually be 1.5" x 3". If you want cotton towels, bed linens, shirts, etc., READ the description of the item's content, which may or may not be cotton.

Collections Etc. has various offers that reduce shipping costs. The last time I returned something it was for a replacement item, not a refund. It's been years since I returned something for a refund, and I don't remember the details. I've generally been very satisfied with the quality of the products I've purchased. To limit my disappointment in quality, size, functionality, etc., I read the product description and the reviews and I compare prices (and read any reviews) of the exact or similar item with other sellers before purchasing. Sometimes, the price of an item I'm especially interested in is higher than I can or want to pay. It's risky, but if you can, wait. The price will likely decrease. Of course, when it does, the size/color you need/want may not be available. That's the risk.
