Worst online shopping experience I have ever had! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for products.
I ordered a jewellery box and paid $15.10 for delivery, expecting the 3-5 day delivery time as described on the website. In total I waited six weeks for delivery.
During this time I made countless phone calls and emails. Only one call was answered, promising to call back and then my number was blocked.
I ended up disputing the payment through PayPal. Five days after the lodging the dispute H..Art of Bali refunded the $60.10, without so much as a response.
So after a six week process I didn't receive my product, didn't get any apology, follow up or response, and only got a refund because of extensive persistence.
