I have a recurring subscription to Harry's and usually get their razors and their new deodorant. I like the stone and redwood scents and they actually work! I also live life on the wild side and sign up to receive a mystery item with my order. They're a great way to try out products for just 5 bucks (plus if you don't like it, you can request a refund). Also, their customer service is really good as well. If you email in, you get a personal email back from a real person that you can reply to! Great work, Harry's
They lost me when they went Woke! Go Woke Be Broke! Blades don't last very long, I wasn't liking Harry's products much before other than the fact that it's cheap but then, when I heard of the story with the Daily Wire, I boycotted Harry's and Gillette! I encourage you to do the same! Stop the normalization of woke practices like Drag Queen Story Hour and the like! Wake Up America! Let's be the Light to Other Nations. Bring up our children to be the best. God Bless America.
Over all I like Harry's quality but... I can tell a big difference in the weight and size of razor handle.
I have been a customer since you started and old handle is much larger and weights more.
I do like the razor. It feels good in the hand and shaves well.
But as for the price, with the exchange rate back to Canadian funds I find it just as expensive as a regular razor. So I don't really find this a win...
I like Harry's and the other products they sell, I have a normal beard.
However, I find that after 3 shaves, I have to replace the balde.
The shave I do get is very smooth, but as stated, after 3 shaves,
The blade bcomes dull.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you did not sing up for automatic renewal.
Products used:
Shave gel and razer blades.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, David. We're sorry you've had this poor experience with our Blades. That defintely should not be happening. Please feel free to reach out to us at help@harrys.com so we can chat a bit more about this matter and get you looked after.
All the best,
The Harry's Customer Experience Team
The service is convenient, and I like that you can change your order before it is sent. The shaves are fine, and the price is better than buying blades locally. What I don't like is the trimmer on the reverse side of the shaving head. Does not do a good job and I often have to resort to using a trim blade of another company for that part of the shave. If this is not improved, I will probably give up on Harry's blades. Small thing, but I miss the color change that some companies' blades have as the blades become used.
We're always looking to improve, so we'll definitely pass your Trimmer Blade feedback along, Jeff! Thank you.
Harika site her şey bulabilirsiniz ne ararsanız her şey ama her şey var girmenizde fayda var öneriyorum

Şu anda yalnızca ABD, İngiltere ve Kanada'ya gönderiyoruz. Teşekkürler!
I was just at target and see they carry the full line of your product.
Why would I need mail order anymore..
We're so glad your able to find our products at your local Target, Bernard! It's all about the convenience for our customers, whether they prefer to have our products delivered to their doorstep, or pick them up themselves.
They use DHL shipping which is the worst shipper in the country, I have tracked a package go 200 miles West of me to turn around and go 200 miles East. Takes 10 to 12 days most of the time to get a shipment from 450 miles away. BAD
Blades are fair, i always thought German steel was supposed to be great. My guess is they import steel from China to manufacture the blades in Germany. Shaving gel is a bust, hard to rinse from blades wasting a lot of water.
For economy shipping, it can take about 5-10 business days. Nevertheless, we take these kind of situations very seriously and share them with our distribution team.
Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there’s no hard-and-fast standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves.
Due to their fine steel and precision grinding, our blades are incredibly durable. Just remember to give them a good rinse, dry them off, and store them away from too much moisture - they will treat you well! And a quick note on plastic covers: definitely make sure the blades are dry before you cover them. We know covers give great protection when traveling, but suffocating the blades, even if they’re only a bit wet, can cause rust!
The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, but also hopefully priced affordably enough that you won't feel bad about replacing them.
Since the blades are close together, even after rinsing thoroughly, hair follicles remain between the blades and clog the razor. This affects the shave and renders the blades to dull faster and requires to go over the part you have previously shaved two or three times.
We're sorry to hear about the clogging, Bob. We recommend using shorter strokes while rinsing your blades more often. When it comes to cleaning the blades, rinsing hot water through from the back of the blades (as opposed to the front) can really help. You may already be doing that, but figured we'd mention it just in case. Also, if you're using our Shave Cream, we'd recommend mixing it with a few drops of water in your hand, that should definitely help create a less dense consistency. Just about a nickel-sized amount should do. Our Foaming Shave Gel usually has an easier time washing through the cartridge, if that's helpful.
As a Harry's user for about 4 years now, I am pleading for you to take off that trimmer blade which has cut me numerous times. Give us an option with no trimmer blade.
These razors nick my legs every time I use them. I put on a new blade every other time. I'm trying to submit the two sentences above, bu your system insists on a message containing 100 characters. Is this enough?
We're sorry about the nicks. That isn't the experience we'd like you to have with our product. We're wondering if you may have better luck with www.shopflamingo.com. Flamingo is the women’s body care and hair removal brand from our parent company, Harry’s Inc. Flamingo blades are specifically designed for the curves of women and angled to fit all the different areas they shave - legs, armpits, bikini line, and more. Each Flamingo blade has a moisturizing aloe strip for a smooth shave, and the Flamingo handle is wider at the bottom for added grip and control in the shower.
Does a pretty good job of shaving, but both my wife and I have cut ourselves multiple times with the trimming blade when just shaving (not trimming). It is just poorly designed and will bite you at some point. Hopefully they can redesign them. I cant believe it got past Quality Assurance tho.
If you haven't already, please inform our CX team about this! They can get you taken care of at help@harrys.com.
I like the product, but if your not good with the computer it makes it hard to change things, give us a 1 800 number to call
We'll be happy to hear from you, Scott! We're here 7 days a week from 10am-6pm EST, and you can reach us at 1-888-212-6855. Thanks!
I've been using Harry's products for a year or so and was a huge fan initially. As one other reviewer recently mentioned, unfortunately I too have seen a recent lowering of product quality. Specifically, the blades don't seem to provide the same close shave as they did earlier. In addition, the handle does not have the same strong mechanical connection to the blade cartridge. For example that handle connection is now often not strong enough to pull a new cartridge out of the case that the cartridges come in. I have to pull the new cartridge out of the case by hand and then plug in the handle. I think this weaker mechanical connection could also be impacting shave quality by allowing small cartridge movements & vibrations during use. Please understand, I want Harry's to succeed as a company because your business model is awesome. I'm pulling for you and truly hope you get on top of these quality issues.
Thanks for the feedback, Rocky. We're always looking for ways to improve and I'll be sure to pass this along to our Product Development team. All of our blades go through the same quality control processes and I want to assure you that nothing has changed with our blades. Also, we're sorry to hear about your recent experience with our Handle. Please contact us at help@harrys.com. We'll be more than happy to assist you further.
I really wanted to get along with this razor, great razor handle design, great marketing but sadly I can't get a close enough shave even after 3 passes in different directions first with the growth direction second across and third against. So back to my old 5 blade razor.
Once again Harry's contacts me for a review and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. Could go to Walmart and get it right now if I didn't have time to wait on the recurring prepayment and shipping. Good thing I am not desperate for a shave right now!
We're sorry that you have not received your package. Shoot us an email at help@harrys.com. We'll get you taken care of!
The new blades with the trimmer addition are not as good as the original blades. The trimmer is pretty useless, but adds a high level of danger. When saving in the shower I have been cut numerous times by the trimmer blade when the razor slipped. The newer grip handles help, Also, not in the shower, shaving on the upstroke, the blade springs back and makes it easy to slice open your chin with the trimmer blade on the return stroke. Either I have learned to live with it (by shaving more slowly) or they tweaked the trimmer angle since the original release. Still a good deal and the scheduled deliver takes the hassle out of remembering to buy blades. They also last longer than they say, since they want you to replace them every week, so it is easy to build up a surplus. I would, and have, recommended them to friends and family. PS - When I called about the trimmer design they simply cancelled my order - terrible response. I had to setup a new order. A smart company would have asked for more information and not ghosted a long term client.
We're sorry for your poor experience with our customer experience team, Brian. We'll definitely pass your very specific and helpful Trimmer feedback along to our product development team. Thank you bringing this to our attention.
I had been a Harry's member from the very beginning. I turned my home into a Harry's home. We had several colors, for guests as well. All was well. Nice shave, esthetically pleasing product, very nice shaving cream, low-impact packaging, etc. All was well. Then they "improved" the product by adding a single very sharp blade in exactly the place where you expect it to be safe - the back edge of the blade. The part that goes up under your nose. I tried corresponding with them about this, but they said most of their customers wanted this. I can't fathom why or how, but so be it. If their new customers are more important than their old ones, I'll find another product, that's all right. It was great while it lasted.
We updated our blades based on customer feedback. Trimmer blades have long been a part of what makes a great shave, and we worked hard to make it available to our customers. That being said, we knew that it wound't please everyone, and we're so sorry about that. The good news is we own our own factory, and we're going to come out with more options soon!
The product is wonderful; but I can't seem to control the timing of orders. I am tempted to no longer buy from a programmed supplier. I now have a year supply of blades.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Thomas. We always want you to be in control of your Shave Plan, especially when and how often your orders ship. Sounds like you have quite a few Blades to last you a while. Feel free to call us at 1-888 212.6855, we'll be happy to help you with your plan.
I gave Harry's a ring since we were playing email tag. A lady rep returned my call to tell me they would refund my money and let me keep the razors. Hows that for CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! They were true; I have the money back in my account. I'm going to try real hard to like the razors if my hubby decides after a few shave he still doesn't like them, cuz I have been inspired! Thanks Harry!
Bummer! While we have heard from lots of people that it can take a few shaves to adjust to a new system, we certainly understand the disappointment from having a poor first experience like that. We hope you and your husband will give it a few more tries, but we understand if not. Either way, please feel free to reach out to our CX team (help@harrys.com) and we'll take care of you.
I am only rating this as good since the razor I purchased which was copper coated has corroded. The shaving gel is great, and their razors are great quality. I would recommend the plastic variety of their razors.
We're sorry to hear of your poor experience with our Handle, Kris. Shoot us an email at help@harrys.com, or give us a call at 1-888 212 6855. We'll get you taken care of!
The convenience of automatic periodic shipments and the pricing is great, but the blades will not last as long or shave as close as quality blades.
Your blades are as good but no better than Gillette. Good news is they are cheaper.
Your shaving cream is as good as others but no better. Bad news is its more expensive
Thanks for your feedback, Larry. We'll definitely pass that along to our team.
My last two blades each broke at the flex hinge. The way I see it, I feel like I need to put a little more pressure on to get a close enough shave, but when I do that the blade breaks at that point. Same break on each blade. I believe these are old style blades. I have not tried a new style blade yet but will now that I received my shipment.
So now I am using more blades, which kills the value equation.
Thanks for letting us know about this, Mark. The good news is that one of the changes we made to our new blade cartridges is that we now use a more durable rubber for the flex hinge, so we expect that breakage to stop once you begin using the new product.
Also, for what it's worth, we've found that it's best to use less pressure but instead change the angle of approach to get the best shave (rather than forcing it down with more pressure... the blades are super sharp and will take care of most of the work for you as long as you make sure the blades are hitting your stubble at the proper angle).
Please do email us at help@harrys.com with any further questions, though, and we hope you find the shave improves with your new cartridges!
Shaving is evolving. Never buy overpriced razors again. Get Harry's German engineered blades and shaving cream online for a fair price.
So glad you are enjoying the shave, Robert! We’re working really hard to make things better for our customers up north! Exchange rates can make some purchases very difficult for our Canadian customers. We haven't quite yet found the right answer to this issue but we continue to keep it top of mind. Thanks so much for your patience and support.
