I shop@ least 2,3 times weekly for past 10 yrs or longer.I also use the pharmacy for all my needs. I am well known and respected untill yesterday 10/14/23.To begin the Pharmacist had her name tag upside down! But She was an African American lady(Anna)? Incident occurred@ 3 pm. I realize she was alone. Therefor was as extremely polite, patient as always. All Pharmacist personel as well Store manager will tell you so. As She was looking me up to see my profile, sinse had never seen or met her before, while waiting asked if She was going to be the new Pharmacist, temp...Only to rudly be told exact words;(You sure ask alot of questions), moving on She simply said I had no medication on file due for refill. Wrong! She proceeded by closing the window gate, and I again extremely polite asked her please to assist me. Well She ignored and helped another customer which was behind me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Finally after spending at least 30 plus minuts, She finally said; Oh! I see now! But it will be a while before get it ready. I thanked her, and told her I would wait. Again this is after being treated like an animal. Yes her language as well her attitude was HORRIBLE to say the least. When I returned to pick my meds, She said was out of my medication and nothing she could do. Turned her back on me and went to back of the Pharmacy. And refusing to help me by send it to other Harris Teeter( gramby st#407) My store#378. She refused to transfer my medication. I finally had enough of Her! SHE SHOULD IMEDIATLY BE RELEASED OF HER DUTIES! I went to customer service and the lady recognized me and told me She would go talk with,who knows who because she refused to identify her self, and only interstcin her mind was to shut the window, as there are several people in line. Thanks to customer service, my medication was transferred to the Gramby st store#407. If that so called Pharmacist had done her job, this terrible, unprofessional,extremely rude, and absolutely no manners. This is totally unacceptable. By the way it was almost a total of 2,3 hours to handle Her simple duty.I hope that this never happens again.She should be fired IMEDIATLY! Sincerely. A. DaSilva
