I have been a member of harrispollsurveys for a lot of years never had a problem so when I gained enough points to get reward I ask for them and waited for the link Here is what my email said (There has been an update to your order number 2372-11331-02692-0002. If you have ordered a digital gift card or eCode, please log into your account via the program website. View your Order History to view your order status at any time. Once fulfilled, your digital gift card and redemption instructions will be available here. Use the "Help" menu for any questions. So I went back to the main page and it tells me I have to set up a new password so I did and went back to claim gift sent me back to same page set up new password have contacted them a few times and told them I have a new password and what it is but now they are not responding just kept telling me before I had to sign up with new password when I already did so getting a little disturbed they are not honoring my gift reward,
