Nothing but good things to say about them. Highly recommend. Ordered a 10 pack of drives overnight and they arrived the next day before I got in to work. Excellent all around.

I am super happy you guys had my hard drive in stock. It showed up in a couple days and went about as smooth as possible in regards to having my RAID get rebuilt.

Part was not as described. The HD sleeve was larger than the one ordered as this HD was a substitute. We called to clarify and had to remove the original sleeve to make the part fit.

I have looked into your order and I do not see any notes regarding a call from you. I suspect you may have ordered the incorrect generation of drive for your HP server if the tray did not match.

The only thing is the company that shipped is a 3rd party shipper (sillworks), so the payment and the shipment was a little bit confuse, I need to dig out the email from the Junk mail. Other than that, everything go so smooth.

Could not make a correction to the ship to address when I realized I had to enter a last name. Other than that shopping was easy.
The cost of the hard drive was much higher than expected but then it is an older model and may not even be made anymore. I was just thrilled to find Hard Drives Direct had available one of the model I needed.
The drive arrived a day earlier than estimated.

As per the instructions on the order page, which stated that if the low-profile version is needed, it should be indicated in the order comments.
The *NOT* low-profile version was sent, and I had to jury rig a low-profile bracket to use the card in my server!
