The white strips really do work and are easy to use. I started to notice a difference within the first few days of use. My teeth tend to be a bit sensitive but I didn't find these to cause too much discomfort. I think they make a reasonable alternative to an expensive treatment at your dentist's office. I would recommend them.

I highly rate this company. I have used themmany times and they sell the same products as my dentist. Saved well over £150 so very happy. Ordered on Tuesday came on the Friday. Prices were brilliant. Products from HappySmile were very easy to use. I had fantastic results. I would tell all my family and friends to order from them. I had a great shopping experience.

Initially I was a tad worried that I had been scammed or done out of money, but as soon as I contacted Happy Smile through this site by leaving a review, Michael C got back to me and calmed all my worries.

Very fast and informative responses, understanding and helpful! Michael got onto the case straight away and found out the details of my order and when I could expect it. Absolutely excellent customer service!

Ignore all the bad review of people who are too impatient to wait or cooperate, or who haven't returned their items properly.

I ordered Monday and received my order by Friday by recorded delivery, I listened to reviews saying it was a scam so I panicked, Sharon has been so helpful and I feel guilty for listening to anyone else, as I was told unfortunately bad reviews are easier to find than good, please don't be put off by other people's reviews I can honestly say I'm so happy that this site is amazing and customer service is amazing so thank you x

I wanted to write and confirm that my delivery arrived after 8 days of placing the order. I was panicking as I had seen negative reviews after the order was placed and was wondering if it was a fake company. But my concerns have been dismissed as products arrived in great packaging - 100% perfect. I would say please give at least 8-10 days before you start worrying if order is not going to arrive. I Love HappySmile gels they are so effective at whitening teeth. Very high quality systems and they offer great prices with free delivery. I would give a thousand stars if I could so for now it will just have to be 5. Customer services was also very professional. I would use this company again and would tell all my family and friends to use them too.

I always like to be sure I'm getting a good value so I researched all the teeth whitening options for trays/whitening. I am super happy with my trays and service from happysmileuk! My order came quickly and the products were easy to take, even though I have an uneven bite. My trays fit perfectly- I really don't think they could have come out better anywhere. I highly recommend this company!

Having read some of the negative reviews penned in respect of Happysmileuk, i can happily testify that my experience was the complete opposite. My order via the new website was quickly and successfully filled and delivered and the personal friendly and ultra efficient service I received from Sharon in the Customer Service area was exceptional. I will certainly be doing business with them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other would be customers

The whitening gel product works very nicely. It does make the teeth feel slightly sensitive right after removing the trays from my mouth, but it goes away quickly. A former hygienist told me to stay away from coffee, wine, stain producing foods for the period of time that you are whitening, as the product is designed to make the teeth more porous to work effectively.

Amazing customer service! Finished product was delivered in half the estimated time. Mouth tray is perfect fit to my teeth and I couldn't be happier! I would most definitely recommend this company/product/service to friends & family!

I have used Happy Smile for the past few years - my mum's fault although she paid and extortionate amount of money at the dentist. Sometimes, my delivery has gone a bit off track but it always arrives in the end. If I choose the right lippy - my teeth look event whiter. Overall, I am happy with the service.

This company seems to be the most popular dental company on the web and is so very resectable. I was very very impressed as they are on Twitter. You should look at all the fans they have from celebrities to dental professors! WOW. I was suprised at how popular they are within the dental industry. Check them out on Twitter to see that this company is a massive cooperation. I am very impressed and can not speak more highly of this website. I have not used the products but I will place my order later tonight. Please count me in Happy smiles as I am a big fan on Twitter of yours. You people are wonderful.

I had been paying so much money but this happy smile is fantastic. The site was very easy to navigate and the staff were so professional. I just wished I had found it soomer. Delivery was so speedy. I did read some comments about mixed up products but people often get kickers in a twist. I would highly reccomend this site for tooth whitening and they are so much cheaper than my dentist in sussex.

Was so, so pleased with the customer service I received. A lady called Sharon at HappySmile assisted me... I messed up my first top set of tooth mould so Sharon sent me a free replacement mould kit which I was delighted about. When the tooth trays came through I couldn't believe how perfectly they fitted my teeth and secondly the whitening results were great. Will deffo be using again!

I bought whitening gel and received my order in-time. The staff really communicated well in making sure the delivery will be fast. The product whitening gel really works good, my teeth were yellowish and now they look great, not totally bright white but so much whiter than before, I would not even call them white before now I can.

I emailed someone at customer support yesterday for some advice on my 16% gel and got a very helpful reply today from Sharon,
