I love to bid on this site because it is fun. I won several items and the shipping is fast and reliable. They also cater to new users with their rookie auctions which have less competition.
Canada, Be aware. When I win, they said first it Out of stock, and somme same piece was still in bid and for sale. After I said that to them, they sent me this email: Support (HappyBidDay.com) Feb 21,1:38 PM EST Marcel, We are sorry for any confusion this substitution process has caused. The product is not offered in Canada. No reputable vendor will ship the product across the Canadian border.

Tip for consumers:
My tip is to take advantage of the rookie auctions

I had the Bid Runner tool running yesterday on the slushie machine. It was capped at $5. I had 107 bids when it started and when it capped, I had 47. Today I see I did not win the item but my bids were not replaced as per their advertisement. This is a bad site, do not buy bids. They do not replace the bids as they advertise!
Every week this company has free giveaways on their facebook page. From what I can see only a few dozen people participate. I figured my odds of winning on their facebook page are only 1-60! And they are doing $25-$100 amazon cards weekly! I mean I don't see any other penny auction giving away freebies like this with hardly any competition. I'm still working through my rookie auctions on the actual site. So far I've done well with gift cards.
I'm a competition orientated individual. This site has peaked my interest since its all about winning auctions against others. I find this holds my interest during the day while I work on stocks. Once a week I always have something arriving that I won. I'd recommend this to anyone who day trades from home and is on their computer regularly. Its been a few months and I'm still excited to log on to see what I can get.
I'm really enjoying this site. Like some of the others have said, you do have to develop a strategy and watch and learn in the beginning or you could blow a lot of money. But if you take a little time to understand it, you can & will legitimately win brand new products or gift cards. They recently added Rookie Auctions for super beginners - I would suggest trying that first. It's fun to win something and get the product so cheap! There is a thrill to it.
This is the coolest site. I find it fun, challenging, and stimulating. Finding a bidding strategy keeps you on your toes. And when you win, the rush is real! I've won several auctions and have received my products super quick, within a week typically. I've only interacted with customer service once, but they were very helpful.
I used to bid on these auctions maybe 7 years ago or so and I just didn't like how it was done back then. A friend of mine told me about happybidday and how he had won some tools and gift cards so I gave it a look see. I can see how some people might get carried away bidding on the auctions, but you have to stay focused and don't bid more than you can afford to. It's pretty neat.
A friend of mine in my community told me about this auction site. She had won a really nice mixer and some gift cards at an unbelievable discount. So I figured I would give it a try. Glad I did! My favorite so far are their Happy Auctions. You get to bid on those for free! I'm a bit of a penny pincher so that's right up my alley. Although, I will be purchasing some bids soon and trying my hand at some other products and auctions now that it's holiday shopping season.
I have used these discount auction sites in the past and sometimes they can be fun and you really get super good deals. But I've also learned that not all auctions sites are created equal. Happy Bid Day is the best one I've participated in. There are always a variety of products, and lots of auctions to choose from. They also give away bids on a regular basis just for logging in and contests where you can win gift cards just for throwing your guess out there.
This is definitely one of the best penny auction sites I've participated on. Huge selection of products (in one auction even). They always have specials on bids. I love this, because companies always give deals to new customers but existing seem to miss out, but not here. Customer service is super quick and helpful too, the few times I've had to reach out.
I stumbled upon this site through an email I received. Pretty cool! There are a ton of awesome products in their auctions, although I mainly go for gift cards. When I win, I can either use for myself or use them as gifts - they are delivered fast!. I save at least half of the amount of the card when I win. It's awesome. Even if I lose, I just buy the card out right and get my spent bids back. That is probably what I love most about it. There really isn't any risk.
I've dabbled in penny auction bidding on and off for years. HappyBidday has caught my attention recently. They have auctions you can bid on for free. I have never ever seen that anywhere else. The whole concept of penny auctions is you have to purchase bids in order to participate. And they have plenty of those too, but bidding for free is new to me. Great feature.
Auction sites don't usually have the amount and variety of products that happy bid day does. I think since they've added a style auction called choose-ones, I've seen the amount of products available significantly increase. There is something for everyone. Their customer service department is always timely and helpful if there are any issues. I also love how fast their shipping process is. Other auctions I've waited weeks to receive my winnings. It's just a few days at happy bid day. Love these guys.
YOUR AUCTION IS NOT FAIR. SCAM. I WILL ADVISE AS MANY AS I CAN. CANCEL AUCTIONS, JUDGING BIDDERS BY PUTTING THEM INTO 2 GROUPS. DO YOU CONTROL WHO WINS THE AUCTION ALSO,,, HUMMMM BEWARE BIDDERS. DON'T JOIN. ONLY 3 DAY'S TO GET YOUR BIDS BACK, OTHERWISE TOUGH LUCK, NOT A TRUE AUCTION BY ALL MEANS. A BIG THUMBS DOWN FOR HAPPYBIDDAY. PLEASE SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS TO WARN THEM.
I love the set up of this site, it's just so fun with the happy faces. As far as penny auction sites go, you do get the most bang for your buck here. Bids are always cheaper here. And if you can catch a special, you can get a ginormous discount on your bids. I also like that they have the most up to date products to choose from when you do win an auction.
Undoubtedly one of my worst online experiences. Even if you win an auction... you lose big time. I managed to win an auction for an amazon fire stick... after a few days I get an email telling me they don't have any. Can we send you an amazon gift card instead? The thing is I had not only already spent more than the new cost of an amazon fire stick, but also paid over $20.00 for shipping & handling ect. That was enough for me... to close my account! I will never visit another online auction site of any kind, and I most definitely will not buy anything from amazon ever.!
Cool site. Turns out I'm not great at winning auctions yet, but thankfully there is this cool feature of buy it now so I still got the tablet I wanted super cheap. I'm going to do a little homework and learn how this auction stuff works. My tablet shipped to me super quick too, which was great.
HappyBidDay is one of the best penny auction sites around. It's fun, exciting and has tons of brand new products to choose from. I won an iPad for $33.77, an Amazon Echo for $24.50 and $100 gift card for $7.50. I was very impressed with their delivery time and friendly customer service.
I've been bidding and winning on this site for about 7 months now.SO many awesome products. I even won a new vacuum for my mom's birthday. I can't believe the prices some of these auctions close out on, but when you win and it happens to you - what a feeling! I've gotten to a point where I know if certain aggressive bidders are on an auction, I don't even try on that one. There are so many other auctions to choose from anyway.
Everything emmanuel says sums up my experience exactly, matter of fact, I have bid against the same person! And never ever win, while I HAVE bid on stuff at quibids and HAVE won items on that site. This site is a joke! I have lost so much money and all I have to show for it is a couple of small gift cards which I completely overpaid for.
I think 95% of the reviews here are all made up by an employee, none of these people are real they are all photo's stolen from the internet, I saw two friend's pictures up here that had no idea what HappyBidDay was...
I've heard mixed reviews about auction sites but I got some free bids for this site and decided to try it. I started in the Rookie auctions since I am a rookie lol. I won a $15 Amazon gift card! And received it within a few days. I'm learning to bid on certain auctions that are in my range until I'm more experienced. So far so good for me! I'm going to keep doing my research and developing a strategy to win bigger products too. I'm excited!
The reviews are either way positive or way negative. The positive reviews are probably posted by shills. Someone is always bidding when the auction states "going." That could be a bot. Meanwhile the auctions can take days to end while you exhaust your bid supply. What has to happen for the auction to end? Does everybody have to become incapacitated or broke at the same time while one person with a lot of time and adderall, hangs in there? Yes you can get things for low prices but it might cost you thousands of bids.
I like the free auctions but you can only win bids. First penny acution I played and won a IPOD NANO (first win ever) but I can never get the hang of winning on this site
HappyBidDay is not your typical auction model. Our unique site offers an exciting auction shopping experience where you score brand new brand name products for just pennies on the dollar. Score amazing deals on iPads, TVs, gaming consoles, precious metals and much more!
