Hello, I am writing this review of Design Media Service LLC, dba Hang Tags Co in Valley Cottage, NY. I purchased 1500 printed hangtags for my business in 2019. I used about 20 of them for a small wholesale order, as I do not use these for retail sales. I stored the remainder in the box and cellophane wrapping that the company shipped them to me in. Less than a year later, i went to retrieve a package of tags and noticed the fronts had all turned yellow. When I opened the package, they had all turned black with mold and were rotting away. I talked to Robin Smith at Hang Tags Co, and she said there is no warranty on them and that it is my fault for improperly storing them.
