When I paid for the online course I was told I would be given a 10% discount but wasn't. When I asked them why not they said "your discount was already taken into consideration" and other such doublespeak. I had to really badger them to get a 10% discount. Furthermore, on their website they claim the course is taught by Leon Chaitow (an acclaimed expert in the field), but the course is not taught by him. In fact there is no teacher. This was not fraud, because he is supposed to teach the class, but he is in poor health. Instead of taking responsibility for this, HOS has decided that its customers will take the loss. They refuse to give me a refund, though there is no teacher for the course. So I paid $775 for a course with no teacher, and the cost doesn't even include the books. Shameful conduct.
