I have seen people on Facebook say that Halloween Express is a scam company. I'm sure they have never purchased from them or they would have known better. I have ordered from this company before and have always had good service. This year I placed an order for an $80 animatronic on 8/20, received an email on 8/21 saying it was shipped and would arrive on 8/22. It did and it worked great
I ordered a Darth Vader mask and it was set for delivery. Then 2 days later they sent an email they don't have it in stock SORRY... No one should ever order from here If their inventory system is so bad that they can't tell if an item is in stock when you order it, and their customer service is the worst. When I was talking to a customer service rep. She didn't care or listen to me. I should have looked at their overall ratings before ordering they are a ( 1) not surprised. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Took me forever to find the product I was looking for! Finally found it here at Halloween Express. I read the reviews and got nervous about ordering but I gave myself enough time to make sure my order would be here in time and if it was poor quality at least I wouldn't be out much money as the price was great. Happy to say, I am thrilled with the product. Exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. Shipping took long. The product didn't leave Global Express until almost 3 weeks after I ordered online but arrived in 2 days from receiving my tracking #. :) If you order in lots of time you should have no problems.
They're product is great and reasonably priced. I'll shop here before Spirit any day! Friendly staff and a great experience!
Wow, with great promo codes u can get the cheapest deal in town! I ordered a costume and it had arrived damaged but after speaking with rowena all was taken care of with 5 star costumer service. I was impressed with a quick response and how much she cared about my experience with their company. Wow, i will be coming back. Thank u
Ordered a sexy genie costume from them for a photo shoot. Arrived in about a weeks time with no issues. If you wait till the week or two before halloween, like every costume shop... expect there to be craziness, less then perfect customer service and shortage of items, so shop early.

The exact costume is hard to get sometimes yet they're so glad to see you and especially hear about the experience. Amazing people who are really trying to get better.

Thanks again for everything this business doesn't discourage the people from making their way throughout the store and trying is the best way.
