I ordered a Halloween costume for my Great Grand Daughter...

I ordered a Halloween costume for my Great Grand Daughter on Oct 22,2014 was PROMISED their words not mine big as can be along with a 25% discount on entire order also. First of all they did not apply the discount Eventhough I hit the button to apply it then low and behold my costume does not arrive. I ordered this online from HALLOWEEN EXPRESS paid $31.00 for PRIORITY 2-day Shipping its been 7-days still no costume HALLOWEEN EXPRESS SENT PRIORITY 2-day SHIPPING VIA USPS... its lost and have not offered a replacement costume so dissappointed the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY also have absolutely no where that you can write a review on their site and now i know why... when I called in the girl said this is a Family owned business everyone that works his is related this is BS they are hiring constantly and don't seem to have any Customer service training at least the girl I talked to sure needed some. I've never written a negative review in my life but have good ones more times than I can say let me tell you I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. I'm SO DISSATISFIED with HALLOWEEN EXPRESS my mistake I got them mixed up with Halloween Costumes.com they stand behind their product not blaming a mistake on the shipping as this girl did she said we did everything right USPS messed up that's why we give you the tracking number. Well at least they said they are sorry. Halloween Express Sucks... Seriously if your going to Promise 2-Day Priority shipping and charge $31.00 don't be so cheap send it UPS! FED EX! DHL someone that will actually get it to customer in time. Halloween Express has the gull to now offer a credit voucher for the shipping cost to be used within a year at their store ( why in the world would I want to ever do business with them again not even for free and what about the cost of the costume) they have ruined my Great Grand Daughters very first Pumpkin Patch experience she was supposedmto wear her costume for pictures can they replace that day ( NOPE) and most likely her Halloween because i havent rceived her costume as of yet its been sent all over the place i believe approx 12- locations but never to my house and I'm not a rich woman cannot afford to spend $61.31 again I'd like a full credit not some voucher that will force me to do business with them again...
