“I ordered a motorcycle helmet for my husband for Christmas”

I ordered a motorcycle helmet for my husband for Christmas. AFTER the money was taken from my credit card, I was told they didn't have the helmet in stock and was asked if I wanted to wait til January when more would come in or if I wanted a refund. I though, sure I can wait, it's an awesome helmet! Bad idea. I was gone the month of January for training (military) and returned to find I still had no helmet. After numerous emails and phone calls were avoided (on their end), I finally got an email that they still didn't have the helmet in stock and would keep checking for me. This was in February. I didn't hear a word from them after until I wrote several emails begging for either the helmet or a refund. Finally, after contacting them through their Facebook page they emailed me, giving the excuse of a family emergency and it being hectic at the warehouse or something (Which is funny, because their Facebook page is filled with customers saying they had received orders. Must not be too hectic to ship their stuff...). I asked for a refund (again) and was told it would be taken care of. This was a week ago (March 23). Still no refund. My bank is now involved. TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
