This is overall a good product, I thought it was going to be bigger in size as the picture but that's okay. The only thing I have a problem with is the smell of the pills . It's very strong to the point it's make a little nauseous. Other than that , this is a good product

Have used before was pleased with results so I ordered two more months supply. Will order again as long as I keep seeing results! LOVE LOVE that I had sale code to use AND you let me use my points as well!! REALLY helps this product be affordable!!

I was satisfied with everything except the price. A 3-month Supply of hairfinity pills are now on sale for $72 instead of $75 which is okay but if you all left it at $75 I would have gotten Free shipping and $75 would have been my total But since my purchase was $72 I had to pay for shipping which caused me to pay nearly $80.

Been buying my hair products from here for a while now, me being a lady of color, my hair can become very brittle, but the hairfinity healthy hair vitamins seem to actually help this from happening so i'm going to leave you guys a good 4 star review for the time being. I'll report back and see if my mind changes though!

I really don't like how they don't have a way to call customer service anymore because of covid but I do appreciate that it didn't take them that long to respond back to me by email.

The rewards points that I earned are a great incentive. This is a great company. The shipping was fast and the products work well and are of nice quality.

I've used this product in the past and loved how well it grew my hair fast. I lost my old email and moved from the address I used to receive my product to get the coupon. I would definitely recommend it as I did in the past. Thank You!

It was nice to use the bonus points earned on this order but it was disappointing to see that the shipping tax took me right back to my original total.

seem pretty simple. sometimes you can't use two coupon at the same times at checkout. Hairfinity site is easy to maneuver to order their products.

I love the products. The conditioner is really good and is my go to for my mother who has thinning hair. The botanical oil also works really well for my scalp.

Its ok, I did thought that it would take 15% off of my first purchase instead of my 2nd one. But I guess that's fine.

Shopping experience went well. Second time ordering from this company (almost results), although website did try to give me a hard time when attempting to place order through on my phone. I had to log on from my actual computer to get through my complete order. Phone wouldn't allow me to switch through screens so quickly for some reason.

I wasn't a difficult process, but I like to research each product I plan to use and compare so it took me some time and I am concerned with taking large pills so I hope they aren't that big.

My edges had fallen out due to tight braids and weaves. After 1 bottle I have baby hair. YEAH! and I'm over 50 years young

However, I wish the website had a desktop version of the features mentioned in the app, or I wish they'd stop advertising the app all together because it doesn't seem to work (based on personal experience and other reviews). I was very disappointed because that seems like a key tool to help customers be successful with the program.

I liked that all products were on the same page. That's helping. However, under the menu for "shopping ", there could be subtitles to take you to the products, e.g. Hair, Skin, Hair Care Products ", etc.

I've brought products from you guys before and it did what it said for me much more over and I would like to stay a " GAPPY CAMPER! "
