Been buying my hair products from here for a while now, me being a lady of color, my hair can become very brittle, but the hairfinity healthy hair vitamins seem to actually help this from happening so i'm going to leave you guys a good 4 star review for the time being. I'll report back and see if my mind changes though!
For about 2 years that I've been ordering the vitamins from your website and everything was ok, from the product to the product. However, this the order took a long time to arrive and the products came wrong. I ordered two vitamins and instead I received an oil. I contacted the Company and got no answer... I really want this issue solved but no one answers me....
I ordered the twinpak but only received one bottle of vitamins; please advise? I will call tomorrow I was very disappointed with the service.
For some reason I have a hard time maneuvering to the checkout and placing my final order took me hours I had to take a break and come back later and finally I got the order to go through it keeps redirecting me back to place the order and my order was up to like $157 and I was only trying to order two items thank you in advance I hold my order come soon and I hope I enjoy the products but the website is very difficult for me
The process for placing the order was simple. I do think the prices are a little expensive for the quantity. Once I receive the product and opened it, it was not mine. I was shipped someone else's product. This was the first order I ever placed, depending on how the product actually works I may or may not order additional products.
There are several options to choose from and I hated how there is a time limit before my cart emptied out. There are several things to consider before choosing which products I need for my specific hair journey. There were several times that the app gave me issues with pop ups & lagging. It was just an overall failure & I will probably delete the app & only return to the site if/when I know specifically what I want without any questions or perusing.
I've only taken the vitamins for four days, so far so good! My primary complaint is that I had to submit a verification of purchase form days after my order and my order didn't get processed until days after that so it extended my delivery time. In the future, it might be easier to offer a way to verify purchase via phone, and the moment verification becomes required a customer service rep can call to verify to eliminate order processing delays in the future. Hopeful for these products to work well for my hair, will post reviews with updates after my two months is up!
My first order was not received in full thus I had to call and send an email to have the rest of my order shipped. This was unexpected as it has never happened before. Other than that I love this product and have had no issues.

The product seems to be a great product, the shipping time is way too long it has been fourteen days since I ordered my product and the delivery tracking says it is still pending for the entire time. When you call you an not get anyone on the line.
The products were shipped loosely in a bug box which caused them to jolt around breaking the plastic seals on the shampoo and conditioner, the leave it conditioner broke open and spilled and the oil that came in the box looked like it had been stepped on. The box was damaged and the lid on the oil was crack. For a first time customer and the amount of money I spent, I was extremely disappointed. I will say that the customer service was better because I complained about what had happened and they are shipping me out a new leave in conditioner and oil. I'm not sure if I will order again though. That will depend on how I feel these products work.
Your website is incredibly slow. It took me 20 minutes to checkout and place my order and it was extremely frustrating and annoying. Please update it
I believe the shipping prices are too high. Sending something like these two little bottles should not cost $6.
I always have to wait a really long time before I receive my order and I think they are over priced and the post and packaging is to expensive also they add on tax at the end of the bill
The online ordering system is not easily navigated on a tablet. Between the chat box obscuring part of the ordering window, frequent marketing attempts to sell related items and the number of bottles ordered totalling a higher number, what should take 5 minutes max stretches to 15 or more.
I guess for new customers they enjoy browsing, I just want to order and move on.

Your shipping is expensive , and the amount of days it takes to arrive isn't fair . I buy from other stores online and my merchandise arrive in an earlier time frame for free , so to be paying $6 and not see it until 5-8 business days is a robbery .
The website was sooooo slow. I am buying for charity and they wanted these products. Otherwise, I would have left your site and shopped elsewhere.
I feel that with the high cost of the products shipping should be included and it should not take 10 days before I receive it. I know medicine and the ingredients listed aren't expensive. I could honestly purchase all the over the counter meds put them in the blender and eat them in my morning smoothie, but I have enough on my plate so I choose to support a business who's only in it for the profit.

There was a coupon expired error, I removed the item from the cart but the error kept coming back up! It was annoying and I just wanted to finish the purchase and leave the site...you lost add'l sales from me because of that glitch.
I am just really sick of every place using a coupon or discount and the price always reflecting a much higher price. It's cheaper just getting it from the store for those that can get out to the store
I feel more discounts should be offered to your customers. Especially those who continue to order, whether they do automatic re-order or not.
I love the products and have been shopping here for a long time. That being said, please send out general codes more often (not just codes for specific products). Also, free shipping needs to become a reality. My orders always take a week to arrive and that's the slowest shipment time of any company I've ever bought similar items from. Allow us to upgrade shipping accordingly if we need things sooner. But as it stands the shipment should be free for the long wait time.
The only reason i gave 2 this time because i had signed up for auto ship so i can get %15 i know i will be buying for awhile. So i seen they charged me full price and didn't give me my discount i called and the rep. Told me he doesn't know why it didnt and instead of giving it to me we had to cancel the whole order including auto ship and REORDER. On top of all that. I haven't been getting my Reward points for my orders! A little dissatisfied not enough To stop buying
