I'm usually satisfied with the quality, so long as I'm careful to order exactly what suits me. I'm not pleased with the exchange/return arrangements, where returned merchandise ships back for"free", using pre-printed supplied label, but a flat $10 is charged back for the trouble. This makes few returns worth the effort and I have kept and altered clothes rather than suffer this indignity. There is no alternative to this arrangement.
I waited for forever only to be greeted by an incompetent non-English speaking employee presumably in a boiler room somewhere else. I spoke to the person who took info in my native tongue at slower than a snails pace for more than fifteen minutes and then he asked me, "Are you calling about a HABAND promotion?" Are you kidding me? I politely told him the call was over. This happened about 3 minutes ago at 12:42pm EDT. I'm very sad that I can't purchase the clothes I wanted for the unusually reasonable price and savings but the cost cutting on the phone reps did HABAND in today.
This was my first purchase from Haband. I ordered some Large Tee Shirts and a pair of jeans. I thought the large shirts might accentuate my middle! But they fit really well. I was impressed. Also, the jeans fit very well and the denim seems heavier and of better quality than the Wrangler's and Rustler's I've bought recently. So why 3 1/2 stars? I thought shipping was extremely slow. I ordered on May 7 and received on May 20. A day short of 2 weeks. They advertise 6-8 business days for shipping. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me! I also had a 10% coupon, but they only took 10% off one item. So I only saved about $2 on a nearly $60 order. Not too impressive. Also, I noticed a $9.99 charge to return an order. I think that's pretty crappy for such slow shipping. I would order again, but I would lower my expectations on service.
Worst experience ever. Order was the wrong item so I returned it. They sent the same item again. Each time they charged me $9.99 for postage! Cancelled order after talking to an agent who said they would not refund postage charges even though they shipped the wrong item twice! Beware of returning items to this company.
You'll get your order... eventually. If you need something ASAP, this isn't the website to order from. Most items will go on backorder. With what is available, a couple weeks after placing your order you'll see it's still in processing. After about a month, your items will ever so slowly begin to trickle in as they become available.

I ordered 4 items returned wrong size! A month later no credit only another charge of 9.99. I called and they said that they are crediting my credit card $ 10 less than the purchase plus the 9.99 change for return shipping. That is almost $20 I am losing with the return! Disputed with my bank! I hope no one else orders from them! I know I never will!
Updated Haband is part of a catalog/online group of clothing retailers that includes Blair, Old Pueblo Traders, and Bedford Fair. Haband sells some petite bottoms, but tops are only in misses sizing now with only their Snap-It-Up jacket sold in petite. However, for me their 30" inseam pants are just long enough, and I'm only 5'4". Misses catalog sizing is supposed to fit those up to 5'6", but I would not trust that. If an item is primarily cotton it may shrink which further clouds the issue of length on both tops and bottoms. Overall I think their misses sizing works better for petite women. Be sure to check your measurements against their size chart before buying.
As stated in my title, some pieces are better quality than others, but you can't tell until you get them. I especially like their Snap-It-Up jacket. Fit, too, can vary, and it is more helpful if you explain why you like or dislike a product. Please give your height and weight so readers can gauge your fit to their probable fit.
Shipping costs are a factor when buying online. Standard shipping (7-10 days) is USPS (Postal Service). Under $20 you pay $6.99; from $20.01 to $40 you pay $8.99, and so on. Express shipping via UPS (3-5 days) is available for an additional charge of $6. I cannot guarantee UPS would deliver your package as sometimes UPS transfers packages to USPS for final delivery. Sometimes free shipping is offered, and that is a great way to test how items fit with minimal cost. The return process is simple. Just buy a shipping envelope and stick on the prepaid label. Use the shipping list that came with the clothing to note which item(s) are being returned or exchanged. Put the shipping list inside with the clothing and take it to the post office.
Big caveat: one is charged $9.99 per return or exchange whether the package contains one, two, three, or more items. The cost of returning one item is deducted from the cost of the item. If you paid $24.99 and the return cost is $9. 99 you only get back $15. From my point of view I would be paying $18.98 to have tried on the item. The loss is the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost.
Good quality products, good value. Plays dirty tricks with ordering: e.g. ad showed "2@ $19.99 each". Placed first item (so far so good); chose a second unit of different color of same item number. Wasn't till after processing the sale and I saw the receipt that the second unit that I ordered was processed as a different item number altogether. So they were each processed at the "original" prices. When I called to get the order adjusted, or a credit for the difference per the advertised price, they couldn't do anything because they said they had shipped (!). I was willing to reorder them at the $19.99 - as he said they now had 'all colors', but he couldn't say that I could get credit on the returned (first two) items. Very unreasonable and authoritarian. Told them haven't experienced such dealings since Sears in 1969. So -- DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE, DURING AND RIGHT AFTER YOU MAKE IT.
I love the way the 3/4 sleeve blouse fits, the length and all the colors. However, the workmanship on the button holes is horrible. I've had to take them to be redone. Also after the darker colors are washed a few times they fade. I wish the quality could match the fit and variety of colors.
