I'm usually satisfied with the quality, so long as I'm careful to order exactly what suits me. I'm not pleased with the exchange/return arrangements, where returned merchandise ships back for"free", using pre-printed supplied label, but a flat $10 is charged back for the trouble. This makes few returns worth the effort and I have kept and altered clothes rather than suffer this indignity. There is no alternative to this arrangement.

I waited for forever only to be greeted by an incompetent non-English speaking employee presumably in a boiler room somewhere else. I spoke to the person who took info in my native tongue at slower than a snails pace for more than fifteen minutes and then he asked me, "Are you calling about a HABAND promotion?" Are you kidding me? I politely told him the call was over. This happened about 3 minutes ago at 12:42pm EDT. I'm very sad that I can't purchase the clothes I wanted for the unusually reasonable price and savings but the cost cutting on the phone reps did HABAND in today.

I stongly advise against buying shoes from Haband: Their sizing is hopelessly erratic. Their "9 1/2" can be too loose for street wear or so tight that it is painful to take 3 steps in them.

I have purchased clothing from Haband. They used to be worth the price (affordability). The 'Hidden Elastic' jeans are noticeably thinner material & the hidden elastic does not work well. The 'snap-tastic' flannel shirts 'unsnap' during wear. Secondly, unlike almost all other online sellers these days, Haband makes you pay for returns regardless of whose at fault. Plus, they don't answer emails ever, forcing you to call "customer service" and speak to a person in another country who usually reads answers off a cheat sheet. (Robots). *Also, Sitejabber wouldn't let me download images.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it unless you don't mind paying for their mistakes.

I ordered 3 jackets, I got one jacket, the other two were on back order for a birthday. I then realized would not get here on time, so decided to cancel. The representative said they could not cancel and gave a date of shipping. This meant weeks of additional waiting. This company is the worst, will not be buying again, its too frustrating trying to get straight answers. Buyer Beware!

Tip for consumers:
The merchandise is pretty good and pricing. The customer service not good if there is a problem with order.It takes too long to get to a live person. Frustrating with there automated system.

I have bought their Active Joe elastic waist lounge pants for 6+ years. Good enough quality for the low price. Recently pulled a new pair out of my drawer (nearly 3 years after purchase) to find that it had no zipper fly... just sown shut where there should have, and always has been a zipper. They refused to give me a refund or exchange because of their 90 day returns policy. Unworn, defective product should always be exchangeable!

This company sells good products at a fair price but God help you if you have a problem with an order. They people you speak with speak broken english and cannot understand your problem as you tell them about it I have now been charged for shipping 3 times to return an item when I was told it would be no charge since it was their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item 3 times and still dont have my correct item. I will just throw it out and never use them again. Also many items are not true to size and therein lies the biggest problem.

I ordered 3 shirts several years ago for my husband. They fit perfectly and he loved them. So I ordered 3 more when he needed more. All of them were supposed to be large. When I received them, 2 shirts were L and 1 was XL and not even the color I had ordered. I called customer service and the lady said to mail it back at my expense and they would take care of it. Well, I sent it back and for their mistake, the return cost me almost as much as the shirt did. Plus, the one they sent me was not the color I asked for. I now put their catalogues in the trash as soon as they come in the mail. GOOD BYE, haband! Customer service is lousey.

Whomever answers the phone to take your order is incompetent, or the person filling the orders is.

I made a order on haband... and canceled order 2 days later... which at time wasn't even processing yet. So I re entered the charge back into checking acct... 4 weeks later they decide to ship and charge my account... so now my acct is all messed up. I'll never do business with haband again

Size 10 sizes differ in fit so I just have to quick buying them. People you have make dont follow the sizes like 10 can be fine and the next size 10 is too small. I usually buy 2 at a time and try them on both are 10 but one is too tight. Better check with seamstress.

I first ordered from Haband about 3 years ago. I can tell you that it takes a couple of weeks to get your order, the customer service is so-so at best, the quality and sizing are both extremely inconsistent, some of the items are pretty good quality but some of the items are just straight up garbage (think shoes where the sole separates from the upper after being worn twice; seams just never sewed, seams literally shredded after one wash). The best collection that they had (Salon Studio) has all but disappeared and what's left is largely the same stuff that was there three years ago. There are always items under the heading "New Arrivals" but honestly, nothing to get excited about - it all looks the same.

NOTES: Free shipping with minimum $$$ purchase; Item ordered never received, never refunded but a refund was offered. Got sick of trying and gave up. Purchased: Ladies dresses, skirts, pants, tops, jackets shoes, night gowns.

Bought something for my mom's birthday, first time with this company and it took so long to ship out and to deliver, that it was over a week late from her birthday. One item was discontinued but they didn't bother to let me know and it was still listed on shipping receipt.

You'll receive your order or a refund... eventually. If all goes well you'll receive your order in approximately 1 month. Usually items are on backorder. In that case you'll have to badger customer service to actually receive the item or receive a refund.

You'll need to practice patience and perseverance to receive your items

I have been with Haband for 20 yrs. But now because of the fluctuations in size differences and higher prices I'm an ex consumer.

I ordered 4 pants, 6 shirts and few other items. Returned 4 pants, 3 shirts and 1 other item wanted to exchange clothing. Got 3 pants back and $12 refund the other item was $14.95 and website said I got everything. Fight begins

I ordered a pair of men's boots, size 10D. 10D has always been my size and I never had a problem with fit. Haband's boots were much smaller. No problem. I sent them back. However, it cost me shipping both ways. Out about $22. Half the cost of the boots.

Boy great bargains, but why does it take almost 3 weeks to get an order when they say it is stock.

From the time you place the order that takes 3 days for them to receive it, then for them to pick it takes a week then to ship it takes 8 days or more. In this day and age you would think they could speed up the process. I guess Im used to Amazon. Would not order again.

I have been a customer of Haband for years. I watch for the closeouts and clearance since I am fat (just short for my weight). They do stock large sizes. Now the trouble spots. They have the slowest shipping. More of a concern their quality is spotty. Their quality control people must use really good intoxicants, legal or otherwise. Some items are completely wrong sized or come in really strange colors. I just got an order of polo shirts that has blue piping on the web but showed up being piped in an odd green color. I think the quality control people are color blind as well as floating in a different reality. To be fair I have gotten a few items that were better than portrayed on their website. I would definitely stay away from linens and the like, they have been really low quality. In summary if you are very careful and fat and go with clearance and special sales you might get a good deal. But be very careful. Let me put in a plug for Hanes.com that also has some big sizes, decent quality, and reasonably fast shipping. When they have sales which they often do you can't get a better deal on sweats, shorts and polos..

Just spoke to customer service, after paying $7.00 to receive a product that was too large, now I must pay $9.00 to return it. This is why Amazon will put this company out of business.
