October 30,2015 I booked hotel on Malta through its site http://blueseasanantonhotelapartments.com/rooms.htm and got confirmation immidiately. Next day I tried to contact with hotel to resolve some details of my stay. But occured, That I havn't reservation there. And at all such site not exist. I mentioned only that that so called reservation was made tj my surprise by unknown to me http://reservations.hotel-rez.com. As appeared such site didn' exist or work at all. All this is just one big American swindler scheme. Farewell my $470. Thank you American authorities you accept such activity on your soil.

IF YOU WANT TO RESERVER ANY RESORT PACKAGES THEN GOOGLE IT AND MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE WITH EXACTLY THAT RESORT OR REPUTABLE BRANDING WEBSITE LIKE, TRAVELOCITY, EXPEDIA, ETC ETC. NOT WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY H-REZ.COM...

If you want to know more than here is a quicky summary:

1) I found this site by googling it about the Holiday Inn Vacations Club at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. & Found this site h-rez.com.
2) I just called their *******590 as it states at h-rez.com.
3) Gentleman was very helpful and ask me few question and made 3 days reservation.
4) I asked him if i will get 3 Bed Room Villa each room with 2 queen size beds and he wasnt sure first then he said yes i will.
5) At the end after giving him my credit card information, he summarize everthing again and said only 3 queen size bed 1 in each room.
6) I interepted him and asked him the same question again, he said "yes" very quickly and went to close the deal, i interepted again to go back and reconfirm cause i was having a doubt on this guy.
7) Long story short, before i hung up, i told him that i don't want this reservations AND BOOMM*** TOO LATE, HE RFUSED TO HELP ***
HIS RESPONSE WAS, IT'S CONFIRM, AND YOU CAN CALL THIS 800 NUMBER TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION ***
I GOT VERY UPSET AND ASKED HIM I AM NOT COMFORTABLE, HE WAS KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THINGS, "IS THERE ANY THING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU", my response, YEAH, I DONT WANT THIS, response TOO LATE...

I immediately called my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and explain them the situation, to my surprise, Amex cust. Service Rep mentioned a pending charges on my card which were exactly what this guy told me from h-rez.com but the company was EXPEDIA (hmmm...) Amex promised to take care of it once pending status changes to confirm...

MY RECOMMENDATION: *** STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE *** NO H-REZ.COM... *** SCAM, PROFESSIONAL LIERS... MONEY SUCKERS... ****
