I'm trying to get fit and lose some weight after giving birth to my daughter recently. Since I'd heard about Gymshark before, I immediately headed over to get some fitness clothes and they have so many that it was pretty hard to choose just one or two. The ones I eventually settled for are perfect. I'm going to use them for daily jogging, yoga and a few indoor workout routines.
I ordered a nearly $150 outfit. Couldn't be delivered had so email cause no phone number. Jacket was sold out. They resent the items anyways although I didn't want them leggings are super tight and supposed to be med? Yes right. Hard as well to return waste of money for hot thick items that's are not sent or no customer service and sizes are way off. I weigh 135 and the med is soooo tight on me. Horrible company

This will be my third round of orders to gauge the quality for their long sleeves, leggings, sports bras and tops. Everything has been return.
Last and final attempt and I can confidently tell you their products are being catered to inexperienced teenager influencers. Save yourself the headache and avoid.

I purchased several items from them for my son over Christmas. 1 of the items did not show up at all, and the others were the wrong size. When I emailed the company, they said that the window for returns was passed, and that I was welcome to purchase the items again. Then they said I would get an email for other options, and nothing ever came. I have left 2 messages on their website, chat portion, and no help! Don't buy from them! They don't stand behind their products!

Ordered the same hoodies for my boyfriend and my dad, one was a Medium and one was a Large. The Large came way smaller then the Medium and now every size is sold out so I can't exchange for a different size. Not to mention this is the second time I have experienced sizing not true to what it says. I'm really disappointed overall. I found the customer service was worse, they weren't helpful, plus they were sarcastic back to me.

I ordered during the Black Friday sale. Tracking says it was delivered in mailbox but I never received it. It wouldn't have fit in my mailbox to begin with. No call center. Contacted customer service and haven't heard anything. This was a Christmas gift that I desperately needed. Now I'm just waiting around for then to get back with me to replace and send my items ASAP. Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering.
If you have bad customer service, it wouldn't matter as long as everything goes well and you don't need it. But apart from the fact that with every 5th return, something is booked incorrectly or you are sent the wrong item, Gymshark has recently excluded the return of underwear, regardless of whether it is originally "sealed". According to German law, this is simply forbidden! Answer from support "Unfortunately, regardless of your location, we're unable to accept returns for underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons." Unable... I have only ever encountered such dubious behavior at Mediamarkt. One customer less, but they don't seem to care. Poor.

I ordered from Gymshark on Black Friday. Great sales were going on so I hopped on it. Have not heard anything about the order in a week, then I suddenly get an email that my order is out of stock…. How was I able to fully pay for the order through checkout when it's out of stock? Gymshark oversold their products and then emails you that it's out of stock a week after you purchased it. Useless company. If the product is out of stock, don't let buyers purchase more of it. Such a basic concept that none of the employees at gymshark can grasp.
My wife is a wellness model. Brasilian. These clothes seems mass produced low quality. Baggy in crotch and see through in butt. I was so excited for these clothes and there just low quality in my opinion.

Everything I've ever bought from gymshark has just been meh; all the leggings I've ever ordered are too stiff and scratchy and way too thick. Also, not great longevity of the fabrics. It's a lot more efficient to invest a bit more money in a pair of SBs or Lulus that you know you can wear for years and they'll still look brand new.

I met gym shark a few years ago through social media watching videos of athletes and bodybuilding. I bought their first outfit a few years ago, and I've recently become a more loyal customer. I saw a big promotion last BlackFriday and I ordered a lot of clothes, but unfortunately, someone misappropriated my package and I didn't receive the products. I sent them an email letting them know what happened, and they gave me a 20% discount coupon. So, at Christmas, I took the opportunity to make purchases, and I received everything this time.
I like their products because they are very good, last a long time - and are perfect for the gym. You feel comfortable during the exercises and the style is very good too.
It's true that because I'm not an American company, some deliveries take time and can even get lost, but I only had problems once, and they were quickly resolved. I strongly recommend this brand!
I was missing my unit number on my address so I reached out for help as soon as i paid, I asked if they could edit my address and they replied like 2 hours later saying no, then I asked to cancel my order and they say that they have a "15 minute cancellation policy" that's insane! Then they said that i was gonna get help from a manager and then they shipped my order instead. So then I tried to contact UPS (shipping company) and the tracking number they sent me was not the one associated with my order! I have never been so infuriated like this I HATE these $#*!s!

I order like many others during the Black Friday sale. My total was charged yet multiple items had been sold out. I have only received 1 pair of shorts. The remaining of my $300 order is "lost in transit". I get all that and would have been happy if they would have just made it right. However when i wanted to know how my refund could be expedited so i purchase elsewhere to ensure my son gets his Christmas gift i received no response. No items, no refund, no response. Terrible customer service and of course only via email because there is no number listed and when asked for one heard nothing back. I'll be filing with my bank.

I used UPS to return 6 items totalling $192 for refund. Gymshark received the package January 05/23 and here it is February 07/23 and they only refunded me $36. I had to open a case through PayPal to try and get my money. Never again will I shop there. The sizing is all over the place and more than likely you will have to return items. And if like me, you will be struggling to get your refund. Just HORRIBLE service.

Do not buy. Some clothes are larger make, some are smaller. Refunds are painful.
Ik heb spullen besteld die nog binnen het retour termijn terug gestuurd kunnen worden. Deze heb ik in de verpakking gelaten omdat ik al 3 weken op de laatste levering heb zitten wachten.
Nu is er een korting dus ik heb netjes een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag of deze verekend mag worden. Ik heb mijn spullen nog nieuw in de verpakking staan. Maar het beleid van Gymshark beleid is dat ik de spullen naar hun terug stuur, dezelfde spullen weer bestel en dan de korting krijg. Zeker in deze tijd verwacht je dat bedrijven wat klimaat bewust zijn maar dit is hier niet het geval.
Spullen zien er verder prima uit, ik heb ze alleen nog niet uitgeprobeerd.

I had no issues with the top, I liked it.
However, the bottoms have quality issues. First, I'll say, I do love them. It's second skin, looks amazing on, and it has pockets! However, it came with a hole in the crotch. I emailed the company and they were quick to send me another pair. I checked that one closely and it had no issues. I wore it 3 times and now I notice a hole in the seam above the knee so they aren't very durable but it's a pretty set.

I recently discovered Gymshark through a fellow youtuber friend of mine and decided to check out their website! First off, it's a good website. Going through their catalog and browsing products was nice and easy. They actually have many clothing options for women but they also sell lots of different pieces for men as well!
I ended up buying from both sections and I surprisingly liked the mens pieces more than I thought. I shopped with a friend and decided to tried on his items too, so check out the video if you'd like to see the try-on's and more of what I thought of this purchase!
(ps. I think it's important that I mention this was the fastest international shipping package I've ever recieved. Still shook.)
ALSO NOTE: The sports bra I purchased was too small and I tried to ship it back but I think the process is a bit complicated for me and since there is NO free returns, I've just decided to give it to a friend.

Leggings I bought last heart Black Friday was awful. One of them stretch so much on butt and thigh area and waste band is way too tight. I know cheap legging does much better than that. Other legging is see through. I ask for refund or exchange, they insisted they can not do it. I am very unsatisfied with their product and their refund policy. I am not going to ever purchase their product.

I needed to return some shorts, tried on their return portal, no success. No phone number and customer service via email takes 2 days to reply to your question. I'm beyond frustrated and with the comments on here, I'm afraid to return them and never see the replacement or $ back.

The workout clothes I recently purchased were disappointing due to their inferior quality. It's frustrating to invest in fitness attire that doesn't withstand the rigors of an active lifestyle.
I bought $30 pair of leggings and they are so see through... I can't even wear them because of how see through they are. For how much I paid, these leggings should not be see through!
Truly the worst customer service. 14 days waited to be told damaged(I had to look it up and tell them. No email.). 4 days to be told sucks do you want a refund. 2 days ignored by Nelgie to confirm (not a weekend by a representative). 2 days I had to open a new thread for refund. 3 days later refunded. (Then when I was refunded they blamed me for opening a new thread?!) customer named "Emer" gave me the most back handed email. Did not appreciate them I should've gotten paid for how much work I had to do because of their lack of communication. I loved this company before and have ordered hundreds of dollars worth but this is it for me after this experience. Refunded 20+ days later

I ordered a pair of men's leggings size large. They sent a size small with a large sticker on them. I request a refund and they said they aren't responsible for sending the wrong size. How is it not their fault? Not to mention it's impossible to get ahold of someone and the only contact method is email. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT SHOT AT GYMSHARK! They are a scamming $#*! company!
