GuruAid

I contacted a company found online and for £39.95 they totally screwed my computer, can't remember the name of the company, Guruaid in about 45 mins sorted out the mess and got me back up and running, only thing they did not restore my windows programmes which were deleted by the first company. I contacted windows direct and they re=installed all my programmes, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I TRUST THEM.

I just renewed for 3 years for $399.99 and I am happy to do it. I can call these experts as much as I want ( they encourage me to call every 30 days) and they keep my computer in tip top shape. Their services are comprehensive and include my printer and scanner. I have subscribed to them for 7 years. Worth every penny. I even have Costco concierge service on my newest computer but I purchased Guru Aid anyway because their service is better and on point. I have read negative reviews about GuruAid but that has not been my experience with them at all.

Great service, very helpful. They were more than able to remedy my PC issues due to malware.

Its been more than three months I am having Guru Aid Services. I really love their professional attire. Most importantly I like their 24/7 round the clock service. I am taking Guru aid services for my office and home computer.

Lalit kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of addressing the issues on my computer. I am very satisfied with his work. Lailit did an excellent job.

My computer was running slow and had unwanted things that needed removing and I didn't know how to get them all off my computer. There was also a very annoying pop up that popped up every few seconds. I was told by GURUAID that they could remove these and speed up my computer plus install a Microsoft Security with a firewall and would not have to keep paying for renewals all the time. I would recommend this to anyone to try before taking their computer in the a computer shop for repair.

Guruaid is absolutely the worlds best at maintaining computers, I've used them for over 6 years & was/am completely satisfied with the work they do. I certainly wouldn't trust anybody else.

I used guruaid.com and they fixed my computer problems in a flash. Everything works much more efficiently than before. It is faster after they worked on it. Good deal.

Adriel was as professional as any one that I could want. He was patient and understanding and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in his answers and didn't feel that is was in any type of "in a hurry" me cut me off" to move on to the next person. I felt very comfortable. Periodically I get PC problems that I find cannot solve as I am out of my depth, Every time I use Guruaid they fix whatever the problem is, and believe me I have given some challenges.
Today I had a difficult issue and a Guruaid technician spent almost three hours solving the problem, throughout the process the technician was helpful, polite and solved the issue. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone

Nilesh Sawant was very helpful today... He fixed all of my computer problems, and took off all of the viruses that were there, even though I didn't know I had any one there... It is fixed to my satisfaction... Nilesh was very patient with me, because I had sooo many problems... Thank you Guruaid and thank you also Nilesh for the wonderful job that you do everyday... I would recommend Guruaid to everyone that I know, because you are all good at what you do...
