Good service

My old computer was having issues partly due to my inexperence with managing a computer and its settings among other issues. I could not get the AVG Anti-Virus update to take. The GuruAid staff was helpful and taught me some things at the same time while resolving the issue.

Used GuruAid today, took over 2 hours to solve problem but saying that the tech was very patient with me and extremely professional. Computer back to being safe and all is well. Thank You M at GuruAid.
