Guess Factory is a decent site to shop. At the same time, the site is not always accurate. The items listed on the site sometimes are not actually available to be purchased, even though they have the items on the site. The customer service is mostly non-existent. Their counting system for the amount you have spent to reach a certain status is not very accurate. Sometimes orders gets cancelled, yet the items are still on the site. Hope to have better shopping experiences at this site. They seem to have time to cancel orders, but doesn't have time to remove unavailable items off the site. It is confusing and misleading, false advertising. Also, never responds to customer emails. I've never received any non automatic emails from them, so far. In weeks to months. Sometimes, they send the incorrect color item. Return would be a bit of a hassle.

I returned all of my purses but they only refunded me one and charged me $13. Worst experience ever. Never buy from their online website again. I lost at least $200 worth of purses
