I bought a bridesmaid's dress from this place. The dress looked nothing like the picture the fabric was hideous, the length was extremely long. I asked if I could return the dress, got an email respond saying that my case for returning the dress was closed. Spent $200 dollars on this stupid ugly dress!

This dress is a great find for the price. The material quality is better than I thought, and the fit is exactly as shown in the charts. I am petite (5'2"), and the top strap fit surprisingly well. The chest area is roomy (I'm a B cup), but the strap keeps everything in place. The dress is very long, but nothing an easy hem can't fix. Overall, this is a great find and looks very nice. My husband thought I spent over $500 on it at a department store - definitely recommend this for a formal event.

Despite the customer service poor English, I think their service are good, they asked me what time to wear, what fabric, size details and send email to me. They sent me a piece of the dress material sample. When I got the dress, details are still good, very appropriate.

I bought this dress 1I123. I was a little nervous that this dress wouldn't fit well or look as good in person as it does online. However, my fears were unsubstantiated. The sapphire blue dress I got was gorgeous, fit perfectly, shipped in the 7 days it was supposed to, and looked great!

I ordered a dress and it was never shipped. My payment was never refunded. It's a shame how this company can get away with fraud. I was asking for a refund and my email was ignored. Can't even call them. It's a scam.

I ordered a dress from them that was pictured online. No special alterations needed, just a regular dress that I needed to wear as a bridesmaid in a close friend's wedding.

The dress came in a FedEx bag with no receipt or invoice, and no return slip. I shop online often, and EVERYTHING comes with some type of documentation as to the sizes, colors, etc of your order. The dress seemed to be 2-3 sizes too small, which was odd since I purposely ordered it in a larger size so that I could have it altered. Not to mention, I always check the size charts before making an online purchase to make sure the size I order would fit.

Since they didn't send a return slip or any information, I had to search the website (which took some effort) to find the measly email address to contact them. It took 3 emails to them for me to get one response. The woman told me she was sorry and "looked forward to seeing pictures". I had to ask her what she was talking about. She wanted me to take pictures of myself in the dress to make sure it was what I said (a mess that was too small and not the same color as pictured). How could I get myself into a dress that was 2-3 sizes too small, and take measurements of myself all while taking a picture? Anyway, after a few days of going back and forth via email, I finally gave up out of frustration. $179 down the drain!

DO NOT waste your time and money buying from this company! If you need a dress I ended up buying one from www.azazie.com. Since I wasted a month of waiting for the awful dress from gudeer.com, I didn't have much time left to get a dress, and Azazie was great! I got a dress from their clearance section for $35! And, it was well-made, and customer service was willing to ship me my dress even sooner because of my time constraints.

Absolute scam! Ordered a dress in March. I was supposed to receive it in 2 weeks at most. Still didn't receive it in April still waiting in May. Finally I cancelled the order. They only offered to refund me 50% of the order. After fighting with them for several weeks they only refunded my 75% of the order. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this website. I found a dress locally.

GU deer is a scam. I returned a $150 dress to back to them, but they refused to refund any of my money. Their customer service is an atrocity; they failed to answer my questions as to why they will not refund my money, and they do not have a phone number. Do not buy anything from them, as it is a scam.

Cheap online store selling fake/counterfeit/pirated illegal goods.
Mostly low quality junk. High risk credit card fraud here!
(They are already breaking many laws, why not credit card fraud as well?)

I bought a custom tailored dress from them on September 27th for $400. It took a month to get to me which was fine since i had time until the event but the dress arrived with multiple issues. One, the measurements were completely off. Two, the sequin and black stones were falling off with just trying it on. Third, the sequins were all tangled together casing the threading to come apart. All i can say a complete disaster and it looked nothing like the dress in the picture. I contacted them via email as that is the only way you can talk to them and told them i want to return the dress for a refund. At first, they were doing everything to talk me out of returning it for a refund. Finally after several attempts, they gave me the address to return the dress. I ate the cost of the FedEx and returned the dress which they got on December 2nd. To this date, I have not received a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. Only when i threatened to report them to the FBI for internet fraud did they finally respond and their response was to wait little more. I should not have to wait over 2 weeks for a refund to be processed especially if they have the dress in their possession.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Dresses are of poor quality and they take your money and won't give it back even though their refund policy says you can return item for a refund. It has been almost a month and i still don't have my refund.

STAY AWAY. THEY ARE FRAUD.

The dress arrived very fast and was better than expected. The quality of the material was superb and it fitted me to perfection. It was for my wedding and it could not have been better.
I highly recommend and will use this site again for future purchaces.
