Ordered drinks online from Cha Express store. The Grubhub driver took my drinks and didn't delivery to me. Waited more than 50 mins and called Grubhub customer service and she said that she would refund me because she could not contact driver. What the $#*!!@!
For the one or two times I used it they kept my information open an anytime the address orders or anyone has my card from there office I get a bank charge. Im disabled an on a budget this is a nite mare gonna have involve bank lawyers
I ordered from Waffle House and my order was totally wrong. I called waffle house and they stated that they refunded the money but I would have to contact grubhub. I have contacted grubhub several times in which every time they say that their refunding me my money and it has yet to appear in my bank account. The business days does not mean 2 months. They are thieves and are taking ppl money. They need to be shut down you don't need worry ppl hard working money.

Grubhub is atrocious. If I could give ZERO stars I would! Not only are they constantly late, they lie about why they are late. They often claim the restaurant is the problem, but after using other delivery services it's clear they don't have the driver network to complete timely orders. They also lack quality customer service and when orders are delayed there service team points the finger at the restaurant and or the driver. This IS NOT a good company. I have spent thousands of dollars on corporate lunches which were notoriously late and finally began using their competitors; DoorDash, and Postmates and found no delivery issues. I only ordered again from Grubhub because of an American Express incentive. My mistake SMH. I strongly encourage anyone contemplating using Grubhub to reconsider! There are better choices for guaranteed and timely delivery, especially when you're buying a corporate or office lunch or when you and your family are hungry and take a night off of cooking. Grubhub is the worst of the worst, buyer beware!
Fake service. Accepts order. Takes payment. Doesn't deliver. Says money will be refunded in 5 days. That's fraud.
Not only do they jack money from the businesses that they delivery for AND underpay their employees, the delivery service itself is a gamble on when or IF the food even shows up. I can't count the number of times my food has taken hours, literally, and my final straw was an order just completely not delivered and their "fix" was offering a 20% discount on my next order as if I would ever order through them again. I finally was able to get a refund but the whole experience was enough to finally cut all ties. It's no surprise they have a 1 star rating.
First time using the app. The app itself, changed my address, the driver wouldn't answer me & $50 worth of food was delivered to the wrong address. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get MY $ FOR MY DINNER TONIGHT back! Awful app & a rip off!
I have had it with Grubhub! Shame on me for the last time for using their service in the Fort Myers, FL area.
I feel bad for the restaurants who utilize their service. Unfortunately, and as a DIRECT result of GrubHub, I can no longer order from those establishments, if GrubHub is the delivery service.

I orderd food for $62.99 worth of food and I have never received any of it and it said it was delivered and I never got it they said they refunded it because order was canceled I never canceled anything horrible way to handle this situation
I never have to leave my home to get my food, or my food is there waiting for me when I pull into the driveway. All these negative reviews, idk I never had any issues. Always make sure you tip decent ($5+) if you want a driver to actually deliver your food. If you don't give a tip, why would any driver want to waste their time with the little they get paid to do it anyhow.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Grub hub should be embarrassed for their lack of customer service & getting orders to you in the delivery time THEY TELL YOU. I tried to order and after 2 hours they told me it's best to cancel my order, fine I get it things happen. I give them a second chance and it's been over 2 hours and they told me they're sorry... cool I'm so glad you're sorry but that doesn't change the fact my food never came- I wanted to cancel my order because I don't even want it anymore and they told me i can't and then best they can do is give me 20% off my next order - are you kidding me I'll never order from this garage business again
I've given this company enough chances. Each time I order from Yard House, which is less than a mile from my apartment, it takes longer for the delivery than for the actual food prep from the restaurant.

NEVER USE! I would do a 0 rating if I had the choice! They have the WORST customer service I have. EVER encountered! The "manager" said he didn't know what was going on. They had no clue.
I placed order today. The driver texted me said he was on his way. Then there was silence. Then I got email saying order was delivered. It wasn't. I tried texting driver there was no response. I tried calling given phone number The phone was turned off. I called cooperate. There only resolution was a refund in five days. Really they can't replace order immediately. I was livid I live on social security it is real treat to order food once in a while. I don't want to wait five days given no choice. He said he would give 20 percent discount. I said don't bother I will not be reordering. It was not the miss delivery it was the turned off phone that pissed me off so much It is close to payday I am glad I had food Otherwise I would have gone hungry. Totally a ripoff that driver will still probably still got the tip for nothing.
I ordered from Denny's had special instructions and this is the second time there was things missing etc... and have to wait for refund. Never again!
Waited 2 hours got a text from Grub Hub in process. Called the resteraunt and they don't use Grub Hub. Their customer service could care less! I will never use them again.
Do not order from Grubhub. Their driver just ripped us off. I called to complain and they don't seem to care. The driver admitted to me that he didn't order everything we paid for kept the rest. His Grubhub number is *******344. He even threw away the receipt thinking we couldn't prove what we paid for.
I placed a order that never arrived, called the restaurant and they were closed I called Grubhub and they canceled the order but said they couldn't refund my order upon talking to customer service they couldn't do anything and then insisted I was not receiving my money back then when I asked for his info he lied about hours name and refused to give me any info about him to file a complaint and admitted they were stealing from me
You can pick delivery several times and it will default to takeout. Not acceptable. Using Postmates now. If you call Grubhub you get India. Nice...
