So far so good. I'm kinda surprised I haven't gotten anything as to when my order will ship it said 1-3 days it's been that long still no info. Only other problem is I ordered my Kit and the very next day a better deal came out that would have save me more money and GrowAce wouldn't offer anything to compensate the large price difference. Will update after I get more information

Growace lived up to there shipping times with no damage to shipping boxes or products. Couldn't be happier with my first order. Growace has done a fantastic job in all areas. From product selection, pricing, seamless processing and fast shipping! WELL DONE!

These people spend more time creating and writing positive reviews for themselves than they do providing customer service. If you spend your money with them you are throwing it away. DO NOT order from them. You have been warned. After 2 months of phone calls and emails they sent me a frozen back of use junk. And this is after they refused to provide a refund after multiple requests for a refund. You will never get your money back no matter how bad the problem.

DO NOT order from them. You are throwing your money away if you do.

Had a problem with controller draining completely contacted growace and Jenifer helped me narrow down the problem turns out one of my floats was slightly turned Jenifer noticed and instructed me how to fix it she was alot of help thanks *******@growace technical support!

The okie doke
So I ordered the aircube 6 pot system with the intent of expanding it to 36 in the next year. I paid for the larger 105 gallon reservoir. Well the sent me a cheaper brand off their website. When I called about the mistake, I was told they would reach out by email. So more bad customer service. They offered me a $30 store credit if I was willing to keep their mistake. Funny part about this is that the grow ace model retails for $199.00 and the knock off brand retails for $119.00 on their site. Seriously you call that great customer service. So you offer me $30.00 and theirs a price difference of $90.00 your still ahead $60.00 and you want me to live with your mistake! Buyers beware!

Tip for consumers:
Purchase from somewhere else, save yourself the hassle. Finally got them to admit their error. Only way I can get the right item, is to return the wrong one. Wait for them to receive it then they will ship out the correct item.

Its a damn shame I have to give grow ace 1 star. Takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete a order... while they boast 2 to 7 days for items to ship... You will be fed lies, and treated poorly during your wait. At the end of a 6 week wait... your items finally show up... and they're smashed, missing pieces, incomplete, and sometime even totally destroyed. At which point grow ace will take no responsibility and do little to nothing to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and go else where, anywhere, this company is fueled by incompetence and ignorance and will leave you severely disappointed. Pictured below, 160 dollar charcoal filter that took 7 weeks to recieve and showed up destroyed

Customer service lacks on hand knowledge of the Aircube system and the functionality of the parts in the system. They provide generic answers and ask for videos and pictures. They can't be doing any in-house testing or growing with the systems. They would be aware of the problems. I've had to of the cheap pumps fail within 3 mo the of use and one of then the 2nd week. I pitched the cheap pumps and purchased 4 reliable pumps. The system itself is good and the pumps a TRASH

Horrible! Not reputable AT ALL! Do not waist your money! They have sketchy customer service and they are very hard to get in contact with. You will have to email them and then wait 24+ hours back for a response. If they even respond. Once they have your money, they are not going to answer. $#*!ty products. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau... they have an F. Can't get much worse then that. Stay away... stay far far away!

They say they ship same or next day then you see in fine print 1-2 weeks then when you call you get the run around, they hang up, they are rude, put you on hold, laugh about it.

Don't even think for a second you're getting your order. Call your credit card RIGHT AWAY and do a chargeback against these fools.

This company is a joke do not order from these people. They never sent product. I called tried to cancel they told me I couldn't and hung up on me. Still never received product. I would definitely look somewhere else other than this place. Still never received product

Had a couple separate orders from them. One took longer then said but got here. No biggie, but the other order never made it to my home. After a month of me emailing them and getting no answers on whats going on with it they finally decided to tell me it was out of stock. I've got everything ready for a grow and been waiting on the DWC Bucket for a month to finally be told they don't got one, garbage. I suggest you try another site.

Really bad service. Horrible slow shipping. Customer service is non existent. They won't reply to your emails. They actually have zero product and just act as a middle man. They can't get a tracking number because they are a middle man. Stay away.

Ordering was simple. The website was ready to navigate and the choices plane and simple. I didn't notice any dimensions, that would be nice to have on the site. More to follow when I receive my equipment.

I bought a light, came 3 weeks late. They didn't even pack it, until the 3rd week. After I received it, my garden was past due, to be in the flower stage. I still tried, and the light didn't work. Needless to say, my garden had to start over, so I lost months of work and a lot of money. Grow ace made me go through a video, to prove I'm not lying. So, I go to my nearest grow store, and tested the ballist, which was the problem. So I buy a new one, no choice, go home, show the video of the good ballist, and their bad one. They insisted, I send it back, my expense and they will test it. This pos is mass produced in China, which isn't worth my time and money to send back, only to get a bunch of excuses, why they can't refund my money, or just simply send me a new one.

Only sent a partial order but charged for full order of supplies. Contacted company several times via email and phone to no avail. Will not refund or send other items I no longer need. Requested a full refund and was told 15 perc restocking fee and i pay shipping for an issue they created.

You can spend hundreds or thousands of dollars with them and the products they sell break after a few months and they tell you it's not their problem because they only guarantee them for 30 days?

So you buy a $100 fan and if I breaks after 35 days they say it's not their problem.
I don't know why people say they have great customer service they must have low expectations.

Don't buy anything from this outfit. They are horrible. Horrific wait times from customer service, You can never get through. They have taken weeks to ship one item which they have in inventory. One star is being generous!
