I'm using bamboo TP now, thanks to Grove.

I've been thrilled with my Grove.co membership from 2020 to present (2023 July).

I love supporting their mission of plastic-free and natural.
All their products are cruelty-free, non-toxic, no animal testing, etc.

They have their own product lines of cleaning and personal care items, as well as my favorite brands, like Dr. Bronner's, Murphy's, Seventh Generation, Method, etc.

It's easy to choose which items are on monthly subscription and which items are just one-time purchase.
I haven't had any bad experiences, I wonder if all the bad reviews are from people who just wanted to get the free gifts for signing up and didn't pay attention or read that it's a subscription service, which was very transparent.
I voluntarily signed up for the annual VIP membership, which unlocks free shipping for much cheaper than Prime.
If I can add a feature request: I miss being able to have some products shipped bi-monthly or quarterly. This former feature was advantageous for Grove as well, when I was buying on recurring subscription, I often accidentally over-purchased and would stash away extras until needed, but now I only keep a small number of essentials on subscription and just wait until I run out of other items to order more.

When I ordered I got a whole basket of free things! I was skeptical at first. But was I sooooo wrong?! I received my order in less than 5 days. I'll never go back to my other house hold products. I love the scents and how well they clean. The caddy I bought sits so beautifully in my kitchen it was all I was missing. I'm completely satisfied with the overall company, products and service. The box even had a personal note. How sweet?! You've got a lifetime supporter.

The products were very good; but, my reason for 5 stars is solely based on the immediate response I received to an issue I had with automatic shipment. When I signed up for service I didn't realize I opted for auto shipments. When I was surprised by a notice of an upcoming shipment and an automatic charge for products, I reached out to customer service at 9:39 PM on April 20th. Not only did I receive a reply to my issues, my issues were resolved the next day with an apology and a full refund.

Products do what they say they'll do, and superb customer service. We love the emphasis on getting rid of plastic!

Honestly I don't know what the fuss is about on here. And why there's so many negative reviews. Seems like a lot of customer error.

Yes there's a 20 dollar annual fee that you will see if you explore your profile settings like you should be doing anyways. But let's be honest. Normal shipping without that fee is 4.99+ and if you are like me who orders monthly to ever 2 months or so, your saving 10-20+ dollars a year just on shipping. Plus they send you free items with every purchase of orders of like 35 or more. And the more you spend the more expensive your gift is. And I dont know about you but if you are a clean freak and buy what you need you will likely spend that on cleaning products every 2 months anyways. And all the free SAMPLES they give! I'm IN LOVE. I've ordered twice but already have gotten over 50 dollars in freebies so why anyone is complaining about a measly 20 dollar annual fee when you will get, if not A 100 to hundreds worth of free samples and products, I have no idea.
Secondly, yes they set the preferences of what you might order next month and if you don't cancel that, they ship it. But I find it helpful and as if they are kindly setting you up based on what you buy! All you have to do is change it or delete the items after you purchase and hit unsubscribe item so they don't ship it. It's not hard to do either. I didn't receive hidden fees. I didn't get unwanted items because I clicked un subscribe to all of those options. And then a month later when I needed what I wanted, I got it with in 2 Business days. TWO DAYS! Each order, They are fast! Who's complaining about slow shipping? Let me talk to you. This is some quality delivery.
Lastly, each product I've gotten has been quality products, store prices or cheaper, the packaging is beautiful and the sents of the products make my house smell heavenly. And importantly, they clean great! I don't feel like I'm breathing in bleach or toxic poisons like most cleaners. Plus with gas being so freaking high, i don't have to waste my time or money driving 7 miles to the nearest grocery store. It's conveniently shipped to me with sweet messages hand written by Grove and waiting for me when I get home from work.

So again you just have to explore the app and use that beautiful brain you were given so you can figure out the app. There's no hidden fees, there's no random orders, the products are great and you are in control you just have figure that out. Because I don't see a reason to complain or leave anything but a glowing review.

This is the best glass cleaner I have ever used! I cant wait to try everything I received. The glass bottle is fantastic too!

Gal was very nice. I received a damaged box that was crushed and they shipped me my entire order at no charge. That is good customer service! Products are great too, love the smell they leave. I had a good experience that started off bad.

I love everything about this company. I received my order within 4 days, everything was packaged beautifully. The cleaners work very well without all the chemicals and plastic waste. Their website is very user friendly. You can add or cancel items and subscriptions very easily.

This company has great products and great service. Easy to order Love that it is sustainable and very little waste.

I've been very pleased with all of the Grove products I've tried and I find their service is as good as the current Corona virus situation allows. What I mean is that sometimes certain products might not be available due to excessive demand, which I completely understand. Otherwise, the company is very good about saying what and when they will ship and my shipments arrive on time. I had trouble with the contents of one rather large order right when the pandemic was throwing everything off track in April, but Grove was really good about correcting all of my issues and I haven't had problems since.

Safe for the environment and sustainable products, with the convenience of shipping to my home, and I save money. Sign me up!
AND ALL THESE PEOPLE giving them a 1-STAR RATING, complaining that Grove SNUCK IN ANOTHER ORDER THE NEXT MONTH' are pretty dumb!
You sign up for a 3 month VIP membership, and it tells you that your orders will ship the same date each month, so IF YOU DON'T REMIND YOURSELF TO GO IN AND CHECK BEFORE NEXT MONTH SHIP'S OUT, Grove will assume you'll want the same stuff as the previous month AND they'll send products they think you'll like, or that are really popular with other customers, who have ordered similar items you've ordered. AND GROVE SENDS YOU AN EMAIL TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR NEXT ORDER IS ABOUT TO SHIP, as a reminder, so you can log in check your cart.
THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE. They warn you about this when you sign up! There's no fine print' dumb dumbs.
I gave them my $19.99 after 3 months because I LOVE THE PRODUCTS, I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE, and I LOVE EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
All I need to do is check-in once a month to make sure they send me what I need and don't send me what I don't!

Their products are wonderful. The people working there are great! I don't like waiting for shipments but then again who does! I have no issues with this company

Grove has been for about two years already where I get all my essential items. It's my one stop shop for natural products for my home. They have great products and great customer service and I have never had a single issue with them. Now during the pandemic they have been even more helpful to me then ever by being a place I could always rely on for my essential needs even during these times. There determination to keep the store as stocked as possible during a pandemic has been truly amazing. 20$ a year to be VIP is nothing compared to the great service you are receiving.

My family loves this site. It works great with my family. We are always busy so it is great to have it mailed right to our front door. You can get things that you need for baby, bath, laundry, cleaning supplies, kitchen and many more. Super great prices.

I absolutely love Grove Collaborative. I have been using them for about 4 months now and have not had one bad experience. I left not entirely positive reviews for a few products that I just didn't love and without even asking, they refunded 100% of the purchases. Their customer service is truly Top Shelf. I will be with them for many years to come!

I could not say enough good things. They were so communicative about my orders, suggested different products for me to try (I left a 4 star review because I didn't like one aspect of a product and their suggestion included a product that fixed that one small problem). Plastic neutral and their products are environmentally conscious.

This company has changed my life. I found this site by accident as I was trying to find healthier and cleaner products to keep my home clean and safe. I feel in love from the first package. Not only did I get a hand written thank you on my box I get reminder emails from from when my shipment is due out. I love the fact that they do that so that I'm able to stay on budget if I can't afford a shipment. I also love the fact that this company listens to their customers and actively works to make the world a better place.

I am a former customer service manager at a big box store who shall remain nameless. I have dealt with bull hooey on both sides as a customer and a representative, but never in my time with Grove have I ever received sub par customer service. What minimal issues I have had have been resolved in minutes, they have been patient and understanding even when I was being the Karen of Karen's and acting like absolute excrement. The products are fantastic and when they haven't worked for me, it's been an easy peasy return and refund process. I cannot think of a downside to Grove Co.

Grove has what I've been looking for all in one place. Their packaging is sturdy and everything arrives promptly.

I have been with Grove Collaborative for almost four years now and it was the best decision I ever made! At home, I use what is called the Sticky Pad Method. On my fridge, I have a notebook with a magnet where I write down items I run out of. As soon as I run out it goes on the list. While Grove does not sell food products, they do sell items that I use on a daily basis. The other day I realized I was running low on disinfectant spray cleaner and body wash, so I wrote those items down on the list, and then that night I put my order in through Grove. It's so nice that I don't have to run to different stores to shop for these items. It's all right here online from home. We end up saving money this way since we are less likely to spend more than we would be shopping in a store where we end up buying lots of wants rather than just needs. Grove also offers VIP shipping which you can read about below. We have the VIP membership, and honestly, from the time I would have to run to the store this pays for the gas expense and more. (this is great if you're a frequent buyer!) I have never had to pay for shipping any of my items since I'm VIP as long as what you buy is $10 or more which my orders always are. Also, you will receive emails throughout the year with VIP freebies. I have received free chapstick, body wash & loofa, glass spray bottle, free cleaner, etc by just being a VIP. If you have a VIP membership, Grove will also price match! Just simply send their customer service a picture of where the price of the product is cheaper, and they will match the price! I enjoy a variety of household and personal hygiene products, but there are certain brands that I want to make sure are safe for our home. I understand that not all brands Grove carry are 100% toxin-free but MANY of them are. Not only are they toxin-free but most of them are pet-friendly and haven't been tested on animals. To check to see if your products haven't been tested on animals you can look for the bunny logo like the one below that is on my Yesto. Tea Tree Oil & Sage Shampoo (from Grove of course!) Grove's products are all more natural than conventional brands. They have a customer service chat, and if you are a VIP member you also get assigned your own customer service representative. I am personally SO impressed with their customer service! Overall, I am just super impressed with this company and looking forward to more years with them and welcoming their products into my home!
