I was disappointed with the fact that they ship from china … I was under the impression the company is in Washington …. IF I knew it was from China I would have known products run small. I am the size I ordered in similar products however groovebag shoes run small. I now have 2 unique pairs that can not be exchanged for a correct size. Seamless so far, although I don't like the identity confirming process through Experian. Experian has had data breaches and isn't trustworthy. There are other ways like uploading a picture id which is far more foolproof and doesn't open us up to further data breaches. Also, I do wish I can rent more than one bag especially when the bag I'm borrowing is one of the lesser expensive ones.
This is a shame. I would have easily ordered 10 pairs for myself and friends. The designs are so fun-something for everyone. Unfortunately, they are so cheaply made and terribly uncomfortable. If you are looking for a very very light weight shoe that feels like you are walking barefoot on cement, then this may be the shoe for you! I am hoping there is enough space for an insole so they are not a complete waste of money. I was very disappointed to see they were made in China which is why they take so long to arrive-not just because they are made on demand as they say. This could be an awesome business if it were done correctly! Maybe the bags are better and they should forget about making shoes.
I was so excited to receive these shoes and they are a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. The quality is awful. The inside came right out. Another review, regarding the same issue, had a response that stated "they are made that way (with a thin line of GLUE) so you can take it out and add different insoles". I have never ever seen that from a shoe EVER, unless it's garbage. The canvas is so so thin and I don't even know what material the sole is made out of. Definitely a glorified house slipper; if that. Cheap labor from China and marked up prices. SCAM.
I will never order from them again. After more than one month, I have not received my order. More than half month no information been updated on the tracking number. Before you order, think more about when you can get your order. Btw, the website shipping time is not promising.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They both arrived with the inner soles already loose. The material is very cheap, especially the "rubber" bottom, and the bottoms are so slippery. I'm afraid to wear these to work (where we have tile floors), especially if it rains.

These are by far the worst purchase I've ever made. The shoes are so cheaply made for the price I paid. $50 plus tax and shipping $61 for shoes that would be $5 at Old Navy! The sole is thinner than a flip flop. The back of the shoe is too low on the heel and slips off when I walk. I'm sure the sliding up and down will cause a blister on the back of my heel. They say to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery and they took 8 weeks. I was so excited to get sewing related shoes to wear when I meeting up with sewing friends. This will be a "lesson learned" for all of us.

Yep, I'm one of those crazy cat ladies. So when I saw these cute custom cat shoes at Groove Bags, I had to not just purchase one, but two pairs. The first ones that arrived were a little on the large side since I have narrow feet but the company immediately got back to me and shipped out two more pairs the next day at no charge! I was blown away by their customer service. Shipping does take awhile and the shoes aren't super stretchy but they are still very comfortable to wear and so lightweight. I highly recommend this company.
I ordered two "leather" purses on 12/30, sent several emails regarding delivery, as I watched the tracking info that did not make sense. Purses arrived 1/29 and ABSOLUTELY look plastic. You cannot make a scratch on this material and smells nothing like leather. Stitching is also not great. I will NEVER waste money with them again and will not take chances on unknown companies. Notice the difference in materials, real leather vs very this plastic like material of the green and black purses received from GROOVELY.

The shoes I ordered were to narrow for my foot. They offered to replace with a different size, but that wouldn't fix the narrow issue. I sent the shoes back and I am waiting for a refund. /
The quality of the fabric and the stitching is just not what I would expect from a company that is well-known for its quality. The back zipper also ripped the first time I used it, which was a huge disappointment. They look really cute but they fall apart easily and are not worth the price.
