I order from Greatland every year - always a good value, prompt and efficient service! I also get a phone call every year from Ben, who kindly reminds me to place my annual order :)

I tried to find ESCA210 when I logged in, but couldn't find it. I found it by going to Google and asking for FED Estimate envelops and the ESCA210 popped up on the search under Greatland. So what the heck?

If the order gets here when it should, then everything went very smoothly and life will almost be perfect.

Easy to find forms for my software. Easy reorder feature. If I need more forms in a hurry, I can get them in just a day or two.

as often occurs when the software programmers decide a product should be new and improved they do not obtain sufficient input from users. tax and accounting services are mechanical in a sense for input for hundreds of clients and when changes are made for a product that functions fine as is it results in more training and adjustment often without any benefit. the old adage if not broke do not fix it is very applicable. in recent years you have changed the import feature, the main menu and input when in my opinion not necessary and caused me aggravation. if not approaching retirement this type action would be a factor in changing software.

We needed Yearli because our financial software will not produce an electronic file to send to the IRS, and we've been nothing but happy with it. Downloading and installing the software was simple and the product itself was very straightforward and easy to use. Highly recommended if you're in this situation.

I like Greatland's products and pay a little more for our tax folders than are available from other vendors. I like the ordering process and the fact that you provide copies of the previous year order. The sales reps are always very helpful and I believe we have had the same one for quite a while...that's always nice. I do not like having to order and pay so early in the year.

One thing I like about your service is that I have worked with your employee Nancy for many years. She is very personable, is concerned about my needs and tries her very best to make sure my order is processed accurately and timely. She is familiar with my business and remembers me each time I call. This is why I continue to use Greatland. I can always expect quality products and great service.
